The apartment is situated on the 4th floor in Residence La Mer, just in front of the beautiful fine sandy public and private beaches of Juan-les-Pins.
From all rooms you have a splendid view to the beach and the panoramic scene of the bay of Cannes with the Esterel-mountains in the background. You find within a few minutes walk a great selection of shops and boutiques for all tastes and budgets.
Moreover you can enjoy fantastic restaurants on the beach offering you a broad array of excellent meals and drinks. Walking a bit further along the palm promenade you can have also exotic restaurants, bars, nightlife and also a casino.
Even if there is no need of a car locally, you can explore the surrounding beautiful areas of Antibes,Cannes, Nice, St. Tropez, Monaco and the marvellous Southern Alps in less than 1 hours drive.

There is a lot to see - Cannes,just 8km away, famous for its Croisette and its the annual film festival in may, or Nice the largest city, which is 20km eastbound with is Promenade des Anglais, stretching alongside the turquoise-coloured seaside and its Carnival in february. Antibes with its pittoresque old city and the Provencal Market; Grasse, famous for its perfume distilleries, Eze and St. Paul de Vence, well-known for its art galleries. Monaco is a must for your visits. The castle, its oceanic Museum and also the casino in the adjacent part of Monte Carlo and not to forget the Monaco Grand Prix, held in may.
Antibes / Juan les Pins area
Lovely beaches with fine, golden sand are located in Juan-les-Pins. You can practise all kind of sports, swimming, diving, water-skiing, surfing, parachute-gliding, etc. The great selection of shops, boutiques, bars and nightlife offer all kind of distraction for all sizes of wallets. Daily markets sell fresh vegetables, fish, fruit ,the famous selection of French cheese and wines for every taste. Antibes is the home of the largest private yacht marina. You can get there by bus (1 Euro) or by a walk along the marvellous Cap d’Antibes until Fort Carre.
How to get there
Flights to the Intl. Airport Cote d'Azur in Nice (NCE). are available from all intl. airlines and Budget Airlines as Easyjet, BMI Baby, Germanwings, Air Berlin, Vueling etc. The apartment is about 18 km far from the airport. Bus service runs from Terminal 1 to Juan-les-Pins (No 200) for 1 Euro/person in ca. 45minutes. Call-taxi costs for 3-4 persons about 70 Euro/trip. All major car hire companies operate at Nice Airport; you can get cheap deals through airline or by previous internet-booking. No ferries

Further details indoors: It is a nice apartment with 56 sqm and 2 balconies, where you find everything, needed for holidays.Central heating for winter months ;air conditioning plus wind down sunshades to keep the apartment cool in summer. You reach the apartment byy lift , it is located in the 4th floor. A security system is installed at the entrance of the building.
There are two two double bedrooms, leading both on a balcony with precious sea-views, two bathrooms, one with verhead shower, toilet and basin, the other with bathtub/shoiewer, tolet and basin. From the livingroom there is access to two balconies, it has dining table, chairs and a large sofa, which can be transferred into a double bed. Sat-TV, DVD-player, music centre make yopur stay comfotable and tha kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher/fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave etc., as well as all necessary china, glasses and so on.
