This purpose built apartment is idea for those wanting a quiet holiday but still be very close to all amenities as well as the beach at Juan les Pins. Only 5 minutes walk takes you to the beach which also boasts many "beach restaurants" covering all tastes and budgets. A few minutes more and you are in the centre of the town with its wonderful evening atmosphere. A must is to visit the Cancan Bar and enjoy one of their fantastic cocktails or ice-creams. The train station is also close by giving access to travel up and down the coast to visit Cannes, Antibes, Nice and even Italy.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The climate here is perfect all through the year making this an ideal location for an out of season break, as well as a summer holiday. Temperatures in the summer reach the low 30's but there is often a light breeze from the sea making it quite perfect for relaxing. The area is steeped in history with many of the local villages dating back centuries. A short train trip will take you to Antibes with its Fort Carre and old city walls. Nice has many museums and art galleries worth a visit as well as the market situated in the old town.
Antibes / Juan les Pins area
Juan les Pins has its famous Jazz Festival every summer and features many well known artists. The apartment due to being so close to the train station and on the main bus route also makes it perfect for attending any of the conferences and festivals in Cannes without the worry and expense of parking or taxis.

Further details indoors: The main bedroom had a large double bed that can also be split to make two single beds if required. The sofa bed in the lounge is of good quality with a real mattress. The apartment is air-conditoned in both the bedroom and the open planned lounge/kitchen. There is an allocated parking space in the underground garage if needed.
Further details outdoors: The delightful sunny terrace can be accessed from both the lounge and the bedroom. It has a teak table and dining chairs making it perfect for eating alfresco, and snjoying a glass of your favourite wine.
Conditions
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required and should be paid before arrival. It will be returned assuming no damage during th eweek following your departure. 25% of the rental cost will secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
