The apartment has air conditioning and is on the 3rd floor,reached by lift with a security system in place.There is one double bedroom opening on to a terasse,lounge also opening on to the terasse. Lounge is comfortably furnished, has two double sofa beds, Tv, Dvd/Video/Combo,and Music centre, dining table and chairs. Separate kitchen with dishwasher/ fridge/double hob/ toaster and microwave. Bathroom is of a nice size and is fitted with shower cubicle, toilet and basin. There is also a washing machine located in the bathroom, which has been just installed.
Car not really needed, but can hire locally. Beautiful resort, full of life,lovely clean sandy beaches and many restaurants to choose from, including `al fresco` dining in the beach restaurants. There are boat trips to St Tropez , Monaco or the Isle de Lerins in the summer months and in July a world renowned Jazz Festival in Juan. Lovely markets in Antibes old town. Winter ski-ing in Isola just a 2 hours drive.Juan offers a friendly and vibrant atmosphere and is an ideal location for young and old with much to offer for all ages, and excellent access to the whole of the Riviera.

The apartment is simply decorated in white with hanging pictures and is not overcrowded with bits and pieces. It is cleaned on a regular basis. Most equipment is relatively new. There are available some board games,i.e. cards,cribbage,scrabble and puzzles. Also, a small selection of books, videos, DVDs and CDs. Central heating for the winter months. There is air conditioning for the summer, plus the balcony has a wind down sunshade to keep the apartment cooler.The apartment is reached by lift, and is located on the 3rd floor.A security system is in place for entry into the building.

The terasse/balcony has a table and chairs and also clothes horse.The hanging of swimwear and towels on the balcony rail are forbidden. This a rule for all occupants living in the building.
There is a sunblind to keep cool on the balcony for the summer months.
There is available for use by all guests, beach mats, parasols, childrens bucket & spades and other childrens playthings, snorkels and masks and beach balls etc.,
We have an Agent only a 3 minute walk away who will see our guests in and handle any problems.
Arrivals are Monday to Friday after 16.00pm - Saturday before 11.30a.m. unless pre-arranged with owner.
Departure from apartment 10.00am unless pre-arranged with owner
Our Agent is open between 9.00am and 7.00pm but closes for lunch between 12.00 - 2.00pm. Saturday 9.00am - 12.00 mid-day.
Please keep noise to a minimum as this is not a holiday complex but a residential building.
There are re-cycling bins on the ground floor.
No Sunday arrivals. Sunday departures is not a problem, as keys can go through agents letterbox.

"Ideal apartment close to beach, restaurants and shops in beautiful Riveria setting."
This apartment provides excellent access to all that Juan Les Pins has to offer. The apartment is well, but simply furnished and more than adequate for two guests. It is particularly suitable for people who want all amenities on their doorstep with limited distances to walk to resturants, shops and the beach. The train station is also closeby with a good service to major cities and resorts. We particularly enjoyed the ferry trip to St Tropez and a day spent in Monte Carlo. We didn't need a car and advise using public transport during the busy summer period.

"Ideally situated apartment"
Ideally situated within a few yards of the promenade and beaches. The apartment may be small but has everything one could want including use of parasols, beach mats, beach bag, towels (loads) etc. Very handy for bread and groceries and near to many bars and restaurants. Mr Watkins will give a very useful list of good restaurants in the area. All transport links on the doorstep. No need for a car.

"Very convenient and well equipped"
The apartment was very conveniently situated near to beach, restaurants, buses and train station and only about fifteen minutes walk into Antibes. It is quite small but more than adequate for 2 people. It is extremely well equipped with TV, CD and DVD player as well as lots of information leaflets. We enjoyed eating on the balcony although the traffic noise from below could be a little intrusive at times (not a problem inside with the door shut). Booking this apartment was very easy. It is very good value. The owners are very helpful. We visited Antibes, Cannes, Vence and St Paul de Vence all of which are easy to reach by public transport. We also went on the boat from Juan Les Pins to the isle of Saint Marguerite which is beautiful. We did not use the restaurants much as we did find eating out rather expensive.

"I didn't want to leave!"
Atmosphere counts so much! This apartment has the advantages of location and security and it has homely touches like a useful shopping trolley - not to speak of books, boardgames and DVDs should the Riviera weather disappoint. It's near everything, there are are brilliant boulangeries and patisseries and delicatessens (several in Av de l'Esterel) within two minutes walk; there's a supermarket just down the road. Breakfast on the terrace in the sun is a luxury to be remembered and to be repeated. The owners could not be more helpful. I didn't want to leave, nor did I really want to tell anyone about this treasure because I want to go back. Super place for a quiet break. Can't make the jazz festival in July but Juan and the area have more than that.

"We love Juan!"
Booking was simple. Alan, the owner, was helpful on the phone, prompt with paperwork and the instructions for obtaining the keys etc were clear. The apartment is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the station in one direction and the beach in the other. It was clean and tidy when we arrived with ample linen and towels in the cupboard. The bathroom is of a nice size with plentiful hot water with good pressure and a good flushing toilet (I hate it when there is a poor flush!). The kitchen is small but perfectly adequate with plentiful crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Although there were lots of tumblers we were surprised to find no wine glasses. We had been anticipating a cooker but there is a two ring hob and a microwave that has the capacity to grill and cook as a convention oven however we were unable to master these features (our inability rather than anything else I'm sure). Instruction manuals for all appliances were available in the apartment. The balcony caught the afternoon sun and it was most pleasant to sit out there for an hour with a drink and listen to the world go by. The apartment building itself was very clean as was the lift. To summarise, we would definitely return to this apartment, ideal location at a very reasonable cost with no nasty hidden extras added to the price.

"Amazing Location & Lovely Apartment"
I am just back after a fabulous break in Juan Les Pins. The apartment made our stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, shops, train station etc. It was exactly what we were looking for convienent, confortable with everything to offer. I will definitley be back for another stay.

Just back from this apartment in Juan Les Pins. It was in a good location with the Bus & train station just up the road, making it easy to get around. We decided not to hire a car as the apartment was just off the beach & prom of Juan. The apartment was clean, well equiped and had comfortable beds. There was no hidden costs for Linen or cleaning. It was near a well stocked, reasnably priced super market. We ate out most nights at resturants near the apartment. Average price was 19Euro for a three course delicious meal. We cought a boat from the beach to St Tropez and went by train to Monte Carlo. The apartment is also a short walk from beautiful Antibes. Booking was straight forward, I dealt direct with Alan the owner.

A wonderful apartment to stay in, close to nice beaches, restaurants, bars and easy to get around with trains. The apartment had all the things you needed to enjoy a relaxed holiday. The flat was very light and spacious, and getting the keys was no problem. The city is underrated compared to the surrounding cities in terms of atmosphere and beaches.

"Lovely apartment in ideal location"
This is a lovely apartment in the centre of Juan les Pins. Situated in a residential block It is well equipped; clean and comfortable. Very convenient for the railway station and buses in both directions along the coast. A couple of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the beach are two or three minutes walk away. This was our third visit and we're already looking forward to next year!
