The Joondalup Golf Resort is set in tranquil surrounds only a short 25 minute drive north of Perth CBD as well as being only minutes from the white sandy beaches of the Sunset Coast. Relaxing outdoors you will unwind to the sound of native birds and whilst walking around the resort you will enjoy the spectacular views of natural bushland, lush fairways, free roaming kangaroos and the colourful scene of wild flowers.
The home is fully equipped with the kitchen offering oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer + much more where you can cook up a storm or otherwise grab the picnic goods provided and head out for a relaxing day to one of Perth’s many attractions namely Fremantle and the historical sights to be seen there, the famous Kings Park with views across Perth CBD skyline or for the more adventurous take a drive to the Swan Valley where there are many beautiful wineries and restaurants you can choose from.
Downstairs family living includes spacious television lounge with DVD player and stereo, games & books, large comfortable dining & for the more energetic theirs an electronic exercise runner / walker. Upstairs accommodation includes master bedroom with en-suite, a 2nd double bedroom, and a large 3rd bedroom with it’s own private balcony, a spacious main bathroom with shower and bath facilities and for the little ones there’s a porta cot available with linen and a high chair for feeding.

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area
Western Australia is full of Golden beaches stretching the coast line. Perth city is one of the cleanest cities of the world, with a mixture of old and new. Shopping in the city is great with late night shopping on Friday nights, then enjoy a few drinks or an a la carte meal in Northbridge/Leederville, all within walking distance to the train station.
On a Sunday catch the train down to Freemantle and enjoy the huge markets varying from food through to clothes or even buy your Aussie Souvenirs.
For those more daring try the Freemantle Night Prison tour, or simply the maritime museum.
Then don't forget to spend a day and catch the Train, bus and ferry to Perth Zoo.
Joondalup area
Joondalup is home to a number of diverse attractions. The Aquarium of Western Australia at Hillarys Boat Harbour is a favourite of children who can marvel at the giant sharks and rays and learn about West Australian aquatic life.
Joondalup also boasts a number of excellent parks and reserves that are ideal for bushwalks, barbeques and picnics. Yellagonga Regional Park is one of Perth's eight regional parks and contains a heritage trail, bicycle paths and beautiful picnic areas. Other parks in Joondalup include the Neil Hawkins Park, Windemere Park and Candlewood Park.
Joondalup is also within easy reach of fantastic ocean beaches including Mullaloo Beach, Burns Beach and Mindarie Beach. The spectacular white sandy beaches of this stretch of the West Australian coast are perfect for swimming, surfing, sunbathing and of course, watching the famous sunsets over the Indian Ocean.
How to get there
Joondalup is approximately 40 minutes drive from the international airport. Fly into Perth Airport and take a taxi. It will usually cost approx $55, taking 45 minutes to an hour. However, it is advisable to hire a car whilst in Perth, try www.perthairport.com.au .
