Recently built on a golf course estate, Pinjar Heights is ideal as a holiday home near the ocean or a migrant home to start your new life in Perth. It's a spacious new house with everything you would expect and more – fully furnished, 4 huge bedrooms, wooden floors throughout, quality fittings and a private garden. The huge master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with en suite shower room, double vanity, private WC and a large built in wardrobe. There are three further bedrooms all with built in wardrobes (1 x queen, 2 x single, 1 x single + cot). There is a family bathroom and a separate WC as well as a utility room fitted with a linen closet, washing machine, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided. A highchair is available on request. The large open plan living area includes a fully equipped chef’s style galley kitchen with a breakfast bar, electric oven/gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a large fridge/freezer. The dining area can seat 8 people and the lounge area has 3 sofas with a TV, Hi-Fi and DVD player. There is also a separate games room/study at the front of the house with table football and air hockey for the kids, plus a desk for mum and dad. The undercover entertaining area outside has a table, 8 chairs and a gas BBQ in a secluded private garden, perfect for balmy Perth evenings.

The Sunset coast has some of the most pristine beaches in the world stretching from the city's western suburbs to Lancelin, 125 kilometres north of Perth.
