Home description
Modern, clean and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom apartment. All three bedrooms have a queen size bed. All fresh linen and towels are provided. The apartment has two bathrooms (master bedroom with en suite), a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and has a reverse cycle air conditioner for those tropical nights. Relax in the lounge with TV , video and DVD, swim in the sparkling pool or make use of the gym, sauna and entertaining area with barbecue.
The apartment sleeps 6 in comfort and an extra person can be accommodated with a roll-away bed. The Maddison is a ground floor apartment, looks on to Central Park and provides secure off road parking.
For the comfort of all our guests, no smoking is allowed in the apartment.
With a resident caretaker on site, the complex is well maintained and with a security intercom installed, the complex provides a safe environment for our guests.

Joondalup is in the heart of the northern suburbs. A 25-minute drive outside of Perth's city centre. The Swan Valley, with its many restaurants and vineyards, is a picturesque 20-minute drive. Perth's renowned beaches suitable for swimming, snorkeling, diving and fishing are all 5 minutes drive. Patrolled beaches are at Mullaloo and Quinns Rocks. For golfers Joondalup resort (voted best in Australia) with its amazing greens are 5 minutes away and for the amateur Botanic Golf (crazy golf set in spectacular gardens) is a 10-minute drive away.
If travelling further north, the Pinnacles and Monkey Mia offer breathtaking landscapes and the chance to interact with wild dolphins. A trip down south brings you to one of West Australia's largest producing wine regions in Margaret River and a must visit place for any surfers, this region has the best waves.
Joondalup area
Joondalup is a new city with a cosmopolitan feel. Restaurants to suit every taste - Thai, Italian, Indian, Chinese to name but a few. Local pubs offering superb meals as well as the movies are a hop, skip and jump away. Great shopping can be found at Whitfords, Karrinyup and a stone's throw away at Joondalup Lakeside Shopping City. Friday night markets are on each week from November to March starting at 6.30 pm and are a stroll from The Maddison. The markets provide local crafts and street entertainment - a good night out for all the family with cafes and restaurants all around.
Hillarys Boat Harbour is a great family day out with safe paddling beaches for the younger children and water slides and amusements for the bigger kids. Deep sea fishing trips, the Rottnest Ferry and AQWA (underwater aquarium) can also be found at Hillary's Boat Harbour.
Arena Joondalup provides an indoor swimming pool with lazy river and slides and is also a sports centre and gym. Also close by is Joondalup Health Campus and Police Station.
How to get there
Fly to Perth airport, 40 minutes drive to Joondalup Maddison Apartments. Airport pick-up can be arranged. Hire cars and taxis also available at the airport.

Further details outdoors: Restaurants, pubs, a huge shopping centre (with two large department stores and many specialty shops), cinemas, parks, library, universities, colleges and schools are all on your doorstep with a free bus service running in the heart of the Joondalup City. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk away and runs to Perth City, Fremantle, Burswood Resort complex and Mandurah on a frequent basis.
The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Neil Hawkins National Park where you can hand feed wild parrots and cockatoos and see kangaroos. Barbecues and children's play equipment are available at the park.
Perth's pristine beaches are only a 5-minute drive away with patrolled beaches at Mullaloo and Quinns Rocks. Hillary's Boat Harbour tourist attraction is a 20 minute drive with a safe children's beach and water slides as well as boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
Right outside your door is Central Park which boasts a lake, boardwalk, a serene pebble stream and the Joondalup War Memorial.

This is an awesome place to stay if you're a couple with children. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and affordable, with added security to keep you safe. Lovely pool and gym area to keep the kids happy. If you arrive ill prepared, the apartment most likely to provide that too, even bread and butter was available.
