In the laundry there is a front load washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.
The fully tiled bathroom has a Roman bath and shower and is located next to the separate WC.

Entrance to the house and private courtyard is through a lockable gate from the double carport, making the garden completely secure for children.

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area region
Perth is renowned for its friendly, relaxed lifestyle. A Mediterranean climate ensures more hours of sunshine than any other Australian capital and the summer temperatures are modified by an afternoon sea breeze affectionately known as the Fremantle Doctor.
The city offers museums, art galleries, a zoo, casino, sporting venues etc. and there are magnificent wineries just a short distance up the Swan River.
The Joondalup area
Heathridge is an established suburb and is ideally located, being 3½ kms from beautiful, white beaches and 2½ kms (4 mins drive) from Joondalup. Direct train services will take you to Perth (approx 30 kms) from here, and on to historic Fremantle.
The local shopping centre, including a supermarket, bottle-shop (off-licence), restaurants, newsagent and post office is approximately 100 metres from the house. Joondalup offers major shopping plus cinemas and sporting venues, a hospital, university and Police Training Academy.
Stunning marinas are to be found at Mindarie Keys (10 kms) and Hillarys (7 kms), where you can take a ferry to Rottnest Island (approx 45 mins) or visit AQWA, the fantastic aquarium of WA, go deep sea fishing, whale watching, ride a Harley or just relax with some great food and drinks whilst the children play on the safe beach and water park.

The property is exactly as it was described on the advert, and what you see in the pictures. Just what you need whether you are holidaying as we were or making the move down under. Karen and Phil were very helpful nothing was to much trouble. The location was great, you were five minutes in the car from the beach and very close to local amenities. Overall would highly recommend it. |

This home is just what we needed and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is either holidaying or emigrating. It was spotless and clean and it has everything you need to feel totally relaxed. We stayed there for 2 months and the owners were so very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was such a comfort to know that they were just a phone call away if we needed anything. It is only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches and Joondalup shopping centres. Perfect! |

Great house for the kids. The garden is safe and the tiled floors in the living areas are easy. Good location for Joondalup. Hughes family.
The photos don't do the house justice. Everything is so clean and even tea and coffee provided! Would recommend this to anyone. Wished we could have stayed longer but it was booked. Mark, Sharon and the girls.

We would recommend this to anyone needing a good base for beginning life in WA. It's got everything and is close to Joondalup and the freeway and the beach. The house is well set up and there's also a property manual for reference. Kate and David Powell.
We now know why this house was booked a long time in advance. It is really nice and clean with superb facilities and handy for Joondalup. Very good value for money. We are trying to get our family to come next year for a holiday and hope they'll be able to stay here. Paul, Becky, Tim, Ben and Sam Collins.
