Edgewater Palms boasts a prime location, close to all amenities.

Within 10 minutes drive you can take in many of Perth’s attractions including the spectacular Sunset Coast and glorious beaches, shopping, nightlife, restaurants/cafes, and parks.

Within a 10 minute walk you have your local shopping centre with a supermarket/deli open 7 days, as well as a cafe/restaurant, chemist, newsagent, liquor store, hairdresser and beauty salon.

Edgewater Palms is also located only a very short stroll away from public transport including buses and trains.

Edgewater Palms is conveniently located to many of Perth's tourist hot spots.

The satellite City of Joondalup is only a 5 minute drive away boasting an array of good restaurants, cafes and pubs and home to Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City with over 110 stores. Enjoy the weekly evening outdoor markets throughout the summer months.

Joondalup Resort - Australia's #1 Resort Golf Course, Botanical Gardens and Yellagonga Regional Park with its local wildlife, including kangaroos and colourful native birds are all within easy reach of Edgewater Palms.

Hillarys Boat Harbour, buzzing with restaurants, cafe's and boutique shops, as well as the water slide park, funfair and AQWA aquarium is only a 15 minute drive away.

The sights of Perth are beautiful and varied; a 30 minute coastal drive will take you to the old port of Fremantle, a great day out with many tourist attractions including historic buildings, convict gaol, museums, weekend markets, and the cosmopolitan cafe strip to name but a few.

Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT – Please read the following:

1) All accommodation provided is fully furnished, equipped and cleaned prior to each guest arrival.

2) A security bond of AUD$1000.00 is payable, in advance, along with the remaining 50% of your total payment and this is due on the 1st day of the month in which your booking commences.

3) Usage of gas and electricity is chargeable at cost price for the whole duration of your stay and will be deducted from your bond. The remaining balance will be refunded to you within 3 days of your departure and after a full inspection of the property, less any possible charges for damage, theft or unnecessary cleaning.

4) We take pride in the standard of accommodation provided to all guests. Upon vacation of the property we respectfully request that the property be left in the same condition as it was in when you took possession, with the exception of bedding and towels, which will be cleaned at our cost. “Excess” cleaning of the property will incur a charge of AUD$300 (three hundred Australian Dollars) and we reserve the right to deduct this amount from guest(s) bond if the property is left in an “unacceptable” condition.

5) A full inventory is contained in the black folder in the property. Please report any loss/damage to us immediately. Any loss/damage caused to any item will be charged to guest(s) bond at replacement cost, and a receipt will be issued.

6) Guests are requested to vacate the property by 10am on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made (which will not be unreasonably withheld).

We stayed at edgewater palms with a couple of our friends on our third visit to Perth, the house has a real home from home feel and we felt established real quick. We know the area pretty well and had a car, however the base is well situated for all aspects of Perth both by car and train. A cheap all day saver on the train can get you everywhere especially when having a drink.
The house is very clean with plenty of room even when entertaining.
The garden and pool is well established and very relaxing.
on our third stay in Perth we would strongly advise this relaxing well established house which feels home from home from the minute that you arrive.
