This luxurious 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms reverse cycle air conditioned home boasts a sparkling swimming pool with large entertaining area fitted with a BBQ and is suited for visitors or migrants alike. This family home can sleep up to 8 people in comfort and luxury and offers a relaxing home away from home environment, which is just the answer to a great holiday, short break or long stay.
This house includes a well presented formal lounge/dining, master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, 2 side tables, chest of drawers, mirror and a sofa to relax and read the morning paper. Leading off from the main living area are three further bedrooms all with built in robes and containing both queen beds and bunk-beds; family bathroom with shower and bath; separate WC; and laundry room with a washing machine and extensive storage, leading out onto a patio with washing line.
The fantastic state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator and a large fridge/freezer to cater for all your needs. The external area offers a huge pergola with extensive paving ideal for entertaining. You can enjoy a nice family BBQ overlooking the pool or relax on one of the deck chairs and get a tan and if the sun is too hot, enjoy the all-seasons pergola.
If you are too bored to hang around the pool, just take a five minute walk to the beach and enjoy a lovely picnic and return to a quiet evening to watch a movie in our beautiful lounge room.
The residence also comes with a DVD player, a computer, a security alarm and a sound system. The kitchen will be stocked with essentials such as coffee, tea and sugar to start your holiday in convenience.

Joondalup / Ocean Reef area
The Constellation Haven house is located 22 km north of Perth CBD and only a few minutes away from the freeway. The nearest train station taking you to Perth is Joondalup and is only 4 km away from the house. There is a bus stop not far away from the house which can take you directly to the train station.
Ocean Reef is known to be conveniently located to many local attractions such as; Swimming Beaches - Mullaloo 2km, Burns Beach 2km Boat ramp - Ocean Reef Marina 1km Golf - Joondalup Resort 4km, Carramar Golf Resort 8km Arena Sporting Complex – including Gym, Indoor Swimming Pool with slides, etc. 6km Shopping Centres – Lakeside Shopping Centre 4km north, Whitford City Shopping Centre 5km south, Beaumaris Shopping Centre 100 metres! Hillary’s Boat Harbour – shops, restaurants, cafes, water slides, beach, boating 8km Movies – Grand Cinemas in Currambine – 2km Walking and Cycling paths along the coast from Scarborough to Burns Beach – just down the road from the house (+ 500 metres)!!! Parks, schools and church are also very near by and all walking distance!
How to get there
Fly to Perth International Airport. Car hire available from the airport. Drive North along Tonkin/Reid Highway and then take the Mitchell Freeway North. From the Mitchell Freeway, take the exit Hodges Drive and turn left onto Hodges Drive. Turn right on Constellation Drive (first round about after Marmion Avenue) to number 61. Welcome! There are always local taxis available from the airport - fare should be approximately A$50.
