The Joondalup / Kinross, WA area
Kinross is just a hop away from Joondalup which is 25 mins north of Perth City via train. It is a "city area" in itself offering easy access to fantastic beaches, shopping malls, parklands and all of Perths fantastic attractions. The villa is within 5 mins drive of the world famous "Joondalup Resort" gold course. The swan valley, famous for its chocolate, cheese and wine is a 35 min drive away and is well worth a visit.
Restaurants in Joondalup cater for all tastes and budgets, or head to Perth City and try.Northbridge, or one of the other café pulse points including Leederville, Subiaco, Mount Lawley, Sorrento and Cottesloe.
"Kinross Central" shopping centre is less than 10 mins walk away, offereing a large supermarket, Indian & Italian Restaurants, bakery, liquor shop, chemist and various fast food outlets.

The owners were very welcoming and were very helpful with general advice about the area. The house was very comfortable,with plenty of space and storage for luggage and possessions. All appliances were new or in very good condition making it easy to wash and dry at your leisure. Lovely undercover area with table,chairs and loungers and the pool was very clean and the area sunny most of the day. The small shopping centre at Kinross is a short walk and has a great bakers,a well stocked supermarket and very helpful newsagents to name a few. We found it a friendly convenient suburb,with easy access to the city via one of the local stations, Response: Many thanks for your review. |
