The family lounge room has ample, comfortable seating with an LCD TV, DVD and premium Foxtel TV (Sky Plus equivalent). This is open plan with the kitchen and dining areas and adjacent to the large, covered patio area which is ideal for entertaining.

The second lounge is perfect for quiet relaxation, reading or listening to music.

The well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar is adjacent to the spacious dining area.

In the laundry there is a front load washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a tumble dryer.

The Western Australia region

Perth is renowned for its friendly, relaxed lifestyle. A Mediterranean climate ensures more hours of sunshine than any other Australian capital and the summer temperatures are modified by an afternoon sea breeze affectionately known as the Fremantle Doctor.

The city offers museums, art galleries, a zoo, casino, sporting venues etc. and there are magnificent wineries just a short distance up the Swan River.


Heathridge is an established suburb and is ideally located, being 3½ kms from beautiful, white beaches and 2½ kms (4 mins drive) from Joondalup. Direct train services will take you to Perth (approx 30 kms) from here, and on to historic Fremantle.

The local shopping centre, including a supermarket, bottle-shop (off-licence), restaurants, newsagent and post office is approximately 100 metres from the house. Joondalup offers major shopping plus cinemas and sporting venues, a hospital, university and Police Training Academy.

Stunning marinas are to be found at Mindarie Keys (10 kms) and Hillarys (7 kms), where you can take a ferry to Rottnest Island (approx 45 mins) or visit AQWA, the fantastic aquarium of WA, go deep sea fishing, whale watching, ride a Harley or just relax with some great food and drinks whilst the children play on the safe beach and water park.

"Amazing accommodation, amazing landlords."

This place is outstanding, absolutely perfect for an easy transition into Australian life. Whether it is being used as an holiday home or a pitstop while organising longterm plans the place is perfect. Karen is an absolute dream she is very helpful and informative and will also advise you helping you to make the transition into understanding the rental system in Australia. I would recommend this property without hesitation. It will be immaculate for you on arrival and well equipped with everything you need.

Thank you for the positive feedback; it was a pleasure having your family stay at the property. As we concentrate on the needs of new migrants it's good to know that you found everything useful. Experience has shown that by using the WA residential lease system it often helps new residents to secure a long term lease and hopefully ease the transition to a new life in Perth.

We booked this accommodation direct from the UK. We were looking for a holiday let with a bit more to offer. We were emigrating and our furniture was going to take at least 6 - 8 weeks to follow, and … More

Glad that you found both the property and the convenient location suited your needs. After several years of accommodating migrant families we know what's needed on arrival and what makes the transition easier, such as the inclusion of high speed Wi-fi etc. Karen.
