Deposit paid in advance to secure booking. Balance & bond paid on arrival. Bond can be paid in clients currency. Cancellation of booking will result in lost of deposit, however booking can be postponed. No animals. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Variance can be agreed on but only by arrangements with the owners.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance of rental amount plus $500 refundable bond is payable on arrival.
Numbers of guest should not exceed number stated on initial enquiry. Price quote is for a family. Extra fee for extra guests.
Damages, breakages, theft & loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay.
Departure of the property should be left as in close state to its condition on arrival.
Checkout time is generally 10.00am however, this can be subject to variation by arrangements with owners.
No animals. No smoking inside the house.
