Very secure & serene complex, please note it is not a resort.

** Balance & bond can be paid on arrival

** Cancellation of booking will result in loss of deposit, however booking can be postponed
**Damage, breakages, theft & losses are the tenant's responsibility during their stay. Disturbance to our **neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited & may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
**Arrival & Department:- generally arrival from 2.00pm and departure by 10.00am, however these times can be subject to variation by arrangements with owners.

**Dec '09 Our time here was not long enough-bring on emigration. Thanks Ileana for making us so welcome & for the xmas touches for the kids, we really appreciate it. **Feb '10 We came to see OZ with intentions of imigrating. We were made to feel welcome with all the little extra touches of guest pack & provisions. The Villa was beautifully furnished and homely.
