Suitable for a large family or a large group of people who need their own space and privacy. The 4 large bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and quality linen. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds in each. The 3 full bathrooms include 1 en suite bathroom with spa bath. There are 3 water closets also. The big and spacious lounge and family room have large screen TVs and DVD players and a selection of DVDs while the games area has a pool table to be enjoyed by all. The formal and informal dining rooms sit up to 14 people and the spacious kitchen is well equipped and includes a dish washer. Bed configuration: 4 queen beds, 4 single beds, 2 travel cots and 2 smaller beds if needed ( sleeps up to 14 )

*Summer months of December, January and February are ideal for swimming in the pool or at the closest beach which is 10 min walk away or other beaches along the coast. *A days outing at Lancelin with fun ride on Desert Storm Vehicle and sand boarding is absolute fun. *Ferry to Rottnest Island to sight see, bike ride, swim, visit the light House and see our cute Quokkas. *Winter months of June, July and August can be a bit cold and wet but plenty of sun in between making it pleasant for sight seeing around Fremantle or a full days trip to visit the Pinnicles or Wave Rock. *Visit the Perth Mint, Casino and a River cruise on the Swan in Perth is great. *Enjoy the views of Perth City from Kings Park while having family fun and picnic.

* A visit to Hillarys Marina in 7mins to speciality shops, restaurants and AQUA the under water world, Mindarie Keys in 10 mins and 25 mins to Cottesloe Beach. *Go wine tasting on the Swan River or visit the Wineries in the Swan Valley. *Take the children to Whiteman park for a picnic. *Neil Hawkins park to see and feed the friendly birds and Kangaroos. *A drive into the country inspring to see the wild flowers. *Wanneroo Markets on the week ends. *Nearby parks across the road to watch teams playing sports on the week ends. *15 mins drive to Joondalup Golf course.
