The main living area has glass doors to 2 sides to allow access to the veranda areas. This villa is on an exclusive development with its own private swimming pool. This is the only villa with a full size pool, not a plunge pool. Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, is situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. There is a fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. The Grand Princess Casino has its own bars, nightclub and spa roof terrace and features regular live shows.

The Antigua region

Hamilton Estate stands on a peaceful hillside situated on the Caribbean west coast of Antigua, a fifteen-minute drive to the capital St John's and twenty-minutes from the airport. Jolly Beach is just a few hundred yards away; a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees and with a backdrop of scenic hills and peaks.

The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is also just 10 minutes walk from Hamilton Estate. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre. The commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. The Grand Princess Casino has its own bars, nightclub and spa roof terrace and features regular live shows. April 29th - May 4th: ROLEX ANTIGUA SAILING WEEK This has become one of the top three regattas of the world. It is run under the auspices of the Antigua Hotels and Tourist Association. www.sailingweek.com.

Last Week July & 1st week in August: ANTIGUA CARNIVAL It is a ten-day festival of colourful costumes, beauty pageants, talent shows, and especially good music. Steel Bands and spectacular parades are just some of the amazing sights to see!
