This fully air-conditioned villa has 3 double bedrooms. All are en-suite. The main living area has glass doors to 2 sides to allow access to the veranda areas.

This villa is on an exclusive development with its own private swimming pool. This is the only villa with a full size pool, not a plunge pool. Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, is situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities.

There is a fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living.

KITCHEN: The kitchen area is fully fitted with a range of base and wall units and includes a stove with oven and hob, and an American style refrigerator, microwave. The kitchen also has double door access to the dining veranda.

LIVING ROOM: The main living area features glass doors to two sides, providing access to the veranda areas and scenic views. Includes satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, DVD and CD libraries and high-speed internet connection (subject to availability). There is a sofa bed in the lounge.

There is a huge outside relaxation area with plenty of seating & loungers. There is also an outside dining area.

This villa is designed for al fresco living with extensive verandas and decks that extend the internal spaces outwards.

The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is also just 10 minutes walk from Hamilton Estate. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre. Last Week July & 1st week in August: ANTIGUA CARNIVAL It is a ten-day festival of colourful costumes, beauty pageants, talent shows, and especially good music. Steel Bands and spectacular parades are just some of the amazing sights to see!

We had a wonderful time, thanks, which was enhanced by your lovely villa. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Andy looked after us very well and responded speedily to any small problems we encountered. The use of a mobile phone was an unexpected but really useful addition. We used the car hire company suggested in your information folder; we found them to be very efficient, friendly and helpful.
We would be happy to recommend Bay House to anyone looking for this type of accommodation in Antigua.

Bay House Villa - Absolutely lovely!! We were all very impressed with the general standard and appearance of the property and the pool, especially me since this was my first time of doing business with you and the whole transaction was done over the phone and the internet - ie not face to face!!
The pool was the perfect size for our family (seven of us). We surely made use of it - my disabled daughter was able to get in too, with some help.
