Villa 235B is a wonderful property situated on the south finger of Jolly Harbour with only a five minute walk to the beach. This property is air conditioned throughout and built over two floors. The top floor has two fully furnished, good sized bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.

The ground floor layout has been designed open-plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, a garage and w/c. The dining area comes complete with a dining table and chairs. The dining area leads into the living room which has a wonderful comfortable feel and is fully furnished,and patio doors overlooking the deck and water

The living room leads out onto a patio area and an extended decking has been built out over the marina providing a wonderful setting to sit, relax and enjoy the wonderful views.

There is also a shared large pool, tennis courts and golf course. Helicoptor flights available over Montseratt volcano or the island.

The interior has cool tiled floors throughout,open plan kitchen which looks through the sitting room through the patio doors to the water.

the master bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the water,with fully fitted wardrobes.

Approached from a shady private road into the front of the villa, the rear faces south out over the private harbour inlet for the villas only. The extended deck over the water is railed in, so is safe for children. There is mooring for a small boat.

The Antigua region

Hot all year round, extremely hot through the summer months, has more of a breeze off the ocean in the winter months, November through to March. which is the peak time.

Antigua was an island of sugar production, and many of the plantation ruins are dotted round the island. Fig tree drive will take you through the rain forest, where black pinneaples are available

Jolly Harbour

The villa is located within a 5-10 minute walk to the Commercial Centre & Marina, where there are an abundance of shops including; a large supermarket, bank, pharmacy, bars and restaurants and the Grand Princess Casino. From here you are also only a short stroll to the 18-hole golf course and the Sports centre which offers a 25m swimming pool, tennis, squash and basketball courts.

Nelsons Dockyard, English harber, Falmouth harbour are all nearby. Shirley heights is a must on a Sunday evening for a BBQ and steel band. St.John's is great for shopping especially for jewellery.

"wonderful house, wonderful location"

the propery, location and in fact Island of Antigua are all worth a visit. The house is perfectly set-up for a couple or family to stay and we have very fond memories of sitting on the deck and watch… More

"Disappointing"

General run down appearance. Drapes are long past "use by " date. Sitting room furniture needs replacing or at least re-painting (cane). Kitchen was poorly stocked with pots &pans, glasses & bowls, This was promptly corrected by HBK management. Weed infested pots on the patio gave a neglected feeling. Lack of any shade on the patio which is critical for the afternoon sun (as the majority of other villas have).

"Great location"

Stayed here in the early part of December. The apartment is very well located, on the south finger of Jolly Harbour, not too far from the centre of the Marina with the supermarket and several bars/ restrauants. Don't miss the Fish and Chips nearby at Shellys Bus.
The decking at the apartment is a great place for sitting out and eating breakfast or dinner and the apartment has a well equiped kitchen .
A little bit of updating here and there ( curtains that fit ) , with a bit of maintenance ( front door lock fiddly, taps / sink renewing ) would make this apartment excellent.
