Cottage | 2 bedrooms | sleeps 3

Charming old fisherman´s cottage in the Picturesque fishing village of Johnshaven. Fisherman´s Rest is located no more than 15 metres from the Harbour.

The property cosists of an open plan living room and kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen, a dining table, sofa and comfortable chairs, the room is heated primarily by underfloor heating and there is a wood burning stove fitted for the colder nights or for when you just would like a nice fire to help you feel at home.

Beyond the open plan living room there is a small utility room with a washing machine, dishwasher & tumble dryer which leads in turn to the shower room & toilet which is fitted with an electric power shower & heated towel rail.

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe/cupboard with shelves and clothes rail. This bedroom has views over a rooftop to the open sea.
Next door is a single bedroom with views sideways to the Harbour itself.
The bedrooms upstairs are heated via the night storage heater in the hall & the rising heat from downstairs, but there are electric panel heaters in both bedrooms to take away any chills fom the air if required.

Parking is normally possible outside the cottage but care must be taken not to block the narrow street and spaces are limited.
If your vehicle is too large or the space is taken, parking is available at the Harbour just a metres away or in Main Street, 10 metres away.
