New the letting market, this fabulous villa has beautiful views over Montgo. The villa has three double bedrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Decorated in 2009 to a high specification, the villa has a very light and airy feel to it.
There is a magnificent heated pool, approximately 11 metres long, with sun terrace and patio area. The separate summer house is ideal for BBQs in the hot summer evenings.
Located in Monte de Javea close to the spectacular coastline of Grenadella, a five minute drive away, as well as the headland of Cabo la Nao with fabulous views of the coastline. There is a mini market, tennis club, local bar and cafe nearby. The main beach area of Javea is only 10 minutes drive away, where you will find golden sands, safe bathing and as many bars and restaurants as you could wish for.

Javea is perfect to enjoy a relaxing holiday but also provides facilities for those who want to do more. There are many local activities nearby, such as snorkelling, jet and water skiing, fishing trips are very popular, and you can get a ferry to Ibiza from neighbouring Denia.
If golf is your sport then where better to play? Javea golf course is a 10 minute drive away, whilst the internationally known La Sella course is just a 20 minute drive.
Spend an hour driving up the coast and visit the historic and beautiful city of Valencia.
If excitement is what the children want Benidorm is only 40 minutes away. With its theme parks and water parks, children of all ages will enjoy themselves.
The Javea area
Javea is an upmarket resort unspoilt by over development, keeping its charm and character. It can be divided up into three areas: the old town, the port and the beach.
The old town sits at the base of Montgo and is characterised by narrow streets, traditional restaurants, bars and shops. At the centre of town is a very fine municipal market selling fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Alongside is a stunning church with many fine features.
The port of Javea has a fine fishing harbour, modern marina, small beach and numerous shops and restaurants. From here you can take a boat trip to neighbouring Denia or Calpe.
The third area of Javea is El Arenal, the beach area. Beautiful golden sands, volleyball nets, climbing frames, sunbeds, pedeloes and water rafts are all available during the summer months making it idea for families. A seafront promenade offers many restaurants, bars and two nightclubs.

The villa is beautifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. There is cable TV and all the mod cons you might need to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing at your deserve. Heating and air conditioning provides all year comfort. The villa is in a quite location, yet minutes from bars, restaurants, beaches, golf and the town centre. The swimming pool and facilities were first class, my nephew enjoyed every minute of it. The garden was well maintained and it has a lovely terrace and outside bbq area with furniture where you can cook sit, cook and relax into the early hours. The owners were an absolute joy to deal with. |

Spacious villa with home from home amenities. Additional living accommodation under the main building is a pleasant surprise. Covered BBQ area and pool are lovely. Plenty of space. Plan on booking again next year. |

We had a fantastic holiday. The villa was as described - immaculate, spacious, private, near to ammenities with excellent facilities such as comprehensive air con, outside bbq area, large pool, shutters and flyscreens etc etc We would not hesitate to recommend and we definately like to return. When a booking overlaps price bands or include part of a week, the rate will be calculated on a pro rate basis.
A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The electricity consumption for the air conditioning is metered separately and will be charged for at the prevailing rate.
If pool heating is required, and we suggest the months from September to the end of May, an additional charge of £ 100 per week will apply .
A refundable security deposit of £500 is required with the final payment.
Bedding and towels are provided and changed weekly. Guests are required to provide their own towels for beach and pool use.
