About the home

This spacious villa has a large pool, barbecue, games room with pool and table tennis, stylish Spanish gardens and a covered terrace where you can dine while enjoying a spectacular view across rolling hills. Inside there are open-plan living and dining rooms with underfloor heating, satellite TV and plenty of space for all the family, including a fully-equipped kitchen and three air-conditioned bedrooms.

On the edge of an expanse of wild countryside, where you can walk without crossing busy roads, the area is peaceful but conveniently close to a well-stocked grocery shop, a golf course, and the lively community of Benitachell where there is a weekly market and a handful of restaurants. The blue-flag beaches of Javea and Moraira are just ten minutes away, the lively nightlife of Benidorm and Calpe is within easy reach and the cultural centre of Valencia is close enough for a day visit.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca has a spectacular coastline, rugged mountains and a warm climate for much of the year, making it perfect for relaxing, or for watersports, golf, sight-seeing or walking. Valencia, with its stunning architecture and famous aquarium, is just over an hour's drive. Nearby Denia has a large port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands. Benidorm has something for all age groups, from the family-friendly Mundomar, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica attractions, to lively nightlife when the sun goes down. The beautiful Jalon Valley is a thirty minute drive into the mountains.

The Javea / Tesoro Park area

Though Tesoro park is on the edge of the countryside with plenty of scenic walking, there is a golf course and a couple of bar-restaurants close by. With a five minute drive (or a 45 minute walk along scenic footpaths and tracks) you can reach Benitachell, a friendly village with a regular market and a beautiful historic church. Nearby Javea has a bustling marina and wide beach, restaurants to suit all tastes and beautiful hill-top walks to landmarks such as the molinos (historic windmills) and the two capes at either end of the bay. The other nearby town of Moriara has a picturesque marina and a dive centre.The old town of Denia, north of Javea, has narrow streets, fabulous seafood and an ancient castle to explore.
