The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
The main living area on the ground floor consists of a master bedroom with en suite containing an American size jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower and WC
There is also an open plan lounge with 42 inch plasma TV and UK satellite TV and separate dining area.
In addition there is a separate WC and the main kitchen is fully fitted including integrated microwave and Miele Coffee machine and American fridge freezer

The dining room, master bedroom and kitchen have access out onto the wrap around outside terrace with pool, diving board, hot tub, table tennis, Outback barbeque and outside shower.

The lower level consists of a fully self contained apartment with its own, open plan, kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with its own en suite shower and WC and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and WC.

Finally there is a games room with pool table.

The apartment has its own terrace and seaviews

Bedrooms on the ground and upper levels are fitted with electric blinds
