The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The charming town of Javea lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao on the northern section of the Costa Blanca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea and is sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo. It is no wonder that the world health organisation classes Javea as having near perfect climate for longevity! With its mild year round temperatures varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities.
Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities. In and around Javea there are so many fabulous places to visit, from the hustle and bustle of the trendy bars and restaurants, to the unspoilt areas of natural beauty, tucked away, for you to discover. Whatever your preference you are sure to have a perfect holiday.

The Costa Blanca can satisfy most peoples sporting desires. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkelling and water skiing. Jet Skis, Windsurfing and sailing are also available. From the Port marina fishing boats and yacht charters are available. You can visit Ibiza on a day trip from Denia port a 15 min drive away.
There are 3 golf courses in the nearby surrounding area, one of which is located next to the 5 Star Marriott Hotel complex, complete with International Health Spa. Behind the arenal beach there is a large Tennis Club with Horse Riding too. Javea is within a 30 min drive to Benidorm, which has a large water park 'Aqualandia', the Dolphin Sea World Centre 'Mundomar' and 'Terra Mitica' theme park which has some of the largest rides in Europe.
There is also 'Vergel Safari Park' not to be missed. Javea has its own 3000ft mountain 'The Montgo', this area is a nature park where you can walk or rock climb and enjoy incredible views across Javea and along the scenic coastline

Further details outdoors: The external areas of the Villa offer something for everyone and plenty of space to accommodate every eventuality. For chilling out, relaxing and reading, there is a very large terrace overlooking the pool with beautiful sea and country views and offering a little shelter when the sun gets too hot. A south facing terrace for year round sunbathing, extremely hot and sunny for those who just to want to laze around and tan! and finally a lower terrace and pool area for splashing around and cooling off when the temperatures soar! complelely private and unoverlooked.

Villa La Finca has been our home for the past 3 years and together with the many friends who have come to stay, we have enjoyed living here immensely. We have spent 3 years renovating an Old Stone Finca and living nearby will be on hand to offer advice and provide any assistance you may require during your stay. We can advise you of the best places to eat, shop, swim, relax and can introduce you to the many exclusive beaches and special places that without local knowledge you probably would not encounter. We can also assist with car hire, airport drop-offs and pick-ups and any special requirements and will do our best to make your holiday stay as memorable as possible. Your booking also includes a Welcome Pack and we will be there to meet and greet you in person. This is only our second season and we have already had repeat bookings!

Rental charges shown include all utilities. e.g. gas, electric, water, pool clean etc. If mid-week villa clean is requested an extra charge will apply. Clean bedding will be provided. Price based on occupancy of 8 - 11. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. A 25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to rental start date together with a refundable security deposit against damage of 250.00 pounds. Extra beds available on request if required. Cots and baby equipment can also be provided at an extra charge. Babysitting service available on request. Smoking permitted outside areas only.
