The pool terrace has sun beds. It is located 2 kms. from Jávea Town, but with a supermarket, a medical centre and bus stop within a few minutes walk, and several good local restaurants. It is about 5 minutes drive to La Sella golf course and 5 minutes to the beach and sea front.

The front door leads in from a large terrace serre to the large, comfortably and stylishly furnished living room and dining room. There are 'picture' windows and double doors out to the serre. The covered terrace serre is furnished with a table and chairs, and there is an additional dining table and chairs for 'al fresco' meals. This is where you will pass many happy hours simply gazing at the view, chatting, reading or snoozing! Indoors, a passage leads from the living to the three, good sized bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite), a separate bath room and the well equipped kitchen. The Master bedroom have air conditioning.

The villa is surrounded by a very pretty, well tended, garden on a plot of 2.000 sqr meters. Outside the terrace serre there are many terraces furnished with tables and chairs. Sit here and enjoy the views or watch your friends and family in the private swimming pool. Beside the swimming pool an open terrace offers plenty of room for sun-loungers for everyone. The gardens and swimming pool are professionally maintained each week.
The whole property is fenced and gated for additional privacy and security. There is a private parking for 4 cars and a carport to keep the car out of the sun.

The fantastic villa lies ideally between the lively resorts of Javea and Denia, Both have a wide variety of restaurants, markets and smart boutiques.The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, large Pool and air conditioning sleeping room.
The charming town of Javea lies between the two headlands of San Antonio and La Nao, mid-way between Valencia and Alicante. There are three distinct parts of the town, the Old Town with its quaint narrow streets and ancient squares; a fascinating Port area which has a great selection of bars and restaurants along the seafront and also of course the fabulous bustling working harbour, then there is the Arenal which is the Town´s main sheltered sandy beach with a wide promenade flanked by bars and restaurants making it very safe for young children.
This beach is awarded the ´Blue Flag´ for cleanliness year after year. Watching over these areas is the spectacular Montgo Mountain, shaped like an elephant which changes colour dramatically in the different lights and weathers. There is plenty to do too. Walking, golf, scuba diving, swimming and sun bathing are the obvious. But there are plenty of others. Fiestas are everywhere. Every town will have at least one fiesta - so you can be almost certain to experience one during your stay.

The villa is in a quiet residential area on 2.000sqm last plot of the road with view on the mongo mountain.
A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required upon arrival, refundable within two weeks of departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but permitted on the serre terrace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is situated at the base of the Montgo natural park. It is the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. There are a number of theme parks just a half hour drive away.
Attractions locally in the Costa Blanca:
The Safari Animal Park in Vergel, Benidoleig Caves, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar. Valencia an hour away is a lively and interesting day trip with wonderful architecture, especially Valencia's impressive City of Arts and Sciences has the Europe's largest Marine Park housing over 45,000 animals of 500 different species in the numerous underground aquariums.
It is also possible to visit Barcelona in a day.
Local to Javea are the pretty town of Moraira and Denia (or go by boat), these are both very nice places to visit.
A 20 minute drive from Javea is the Jalon valley. A few miles further is the Algar waterfalls where you can swim in the summer. The mountaintop village of Guadalest is a great day trip.
This year will start F1 Grand Prix in Valencia from 25th to 27th June.
The Javea / Montgo area
Jávea is the destination of choice for holiday visitors who are not interested in mass-tourism.
The climate is generally mild, Javea enjoys in excess of 320 sunshine days per year.
For those seeking more, the Arenal beach area and the Aduanas Port areas both offer numerous bars and restaurants. There is the sandy Arenal beach, and numerous rocky coves including the Granadella beach. Boats and pedaloes are available for hire at the Arenal beach.
The region's beaches have been awarded 32 prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness - far more than any other Costa in Spain. The beautiful beaches are ideal for families, many with play areas for children, and bars and restaurants for the adults.
The area has become very popular for water sports, including skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, scuba-diving, snorkelling and wind surfing. The many world-class tourist attractions include the Terra Mitica theme and nature park in Benidorm, Europe's largest marine parks, many excellent safari parks and waterfalls.
So whether you are looking for nightlife or tranquillity, the region has something for everyone - from cosmopolitan towns where life goes on 24 hours a day to sleepy little villages where time seems to have passed them by.
There is a good supermarket within a 5 minute drive as well as several restauants offering great value 3 course "menus of the day" for less than 12 euros.
International Class Golf Courses north of Alicante. Oliva Nova golf course is in the extreme north of the Costa Blanca, and is a very complete and manicured course, where the layout calls for a whole variety of shots. This 18 hole course is situated in Las Marinas, Denia and was designed by Seve Ballesteros.
La Sella golf course ( 27 hole!) is a varied, balanced and interesting course set in a protected environment at the foot of the Montgo Mountain, a few minutes drive from Javea on the Costa Blanca. Suitable for all levels of play.
The Javea golf club is in the valley south of the Montgo Mountain just a few minutes drive from the coast. It is 18 hole course designed with 7 different tee positions on the back nine and two greens for 1 hole.
The Ifach golf course runs through a valley of pine and carob trees commanding extraordinary sea views towards Calpe's Ifach Rock.

Alicante Airport is about one hour drive and has the greater choice of budget airlines. Valencia is about one hour and fifteen minutes away and now has an increasing number of cheaper flights from the UK and northern Europe. Approximately 1.5 hour drive North from Murcia Airport. A hire car is advised and there are many companies doing very good deals this year. The internet is the best source of current information..
There are ferries from the Balearic Islands to nearby Denia and easy links to the AP7 motorway, which gives a continuous fast route up to the Channel, should you wish to drive.
Distance from both airports to the villa is approx 95 km

Changeover day is normally Saturday. Rental prices are for the property per week and include water, electricity, linen, towels (not beach towels), pool and garden maintenance, maid service at the beginning of the let, linen change mid-way through the let (if more than one week).
Longer lets of 4 weeks and over are negotiable.
For rentals 14 days and longer a discount is posible, except for July and August. Pleace contact.
Reservations may be made by telephone, but need to be confirmed by e-mail or post. Receipt of the deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking and the balance of 70% is due 6 weeks before the start date.
Payments may be made by bank transfer with commission and fees paid by the sender.
A deposit of €300.00 in cash is required on arrival to cover possible damage to the property and owners' possessions. This will be refunded in cash on departure less any agreed deductions.
