This beautiful, luxuriously furnished villa has the advantage of being new but in a mature, established and exclusive location, Cap-de-La-Nao, a local beauty spot. In a third of an acre plot it has a private kidney shaped pool with roman end, south facing 200sqm pool terrace, BBQ, 2 levels of sun terrace with some sea views, ample garden furniture, all weather sofa on covered naya, 6 sun beds, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable wide-screen TV, MD, CD, DVD player etc. Three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and as well as a downstairs lounge an upper sun lounge overlooking the pool and garden. Casa Isabella is less than 300m from the cliff edge with its breathtaking sea views and in a quiet area of Javea dominated by Cap-de-la-Nao lighthouse. Restaurants, tennis courts and supermarket with bakery are within 400m. Javea's charms include its historic old town, marina, secluded beaches and the Arenal beach. There are many golf courses such as the 27-hole La Sella. Even though the villa is in a sought after up-market area, attractions for young children such as the Terra Mitca Theme and Water Parks at Benidorm are within a 40 minute drive. We do not have a guest book for comments so all of the comments we have are unsolicited. Just one example is 'Well our holidays are over and what a fabulous holiday it has been in your fantastic villa. We worked it out while we were there and we have had 11 villas in and around Javea, but this one was the best we just loved everything about it and hopefully looking forward to renting again next year.'

QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY.......Probably like us you have rented property and been disappointed with the quality, with furniture you would not wish to have in your own home. We have paid careful attention to all aspects of our villa. All of the furniture is brand new including leather suites in the lounge and upper sun lounge, elegantly interior designed soft furnishing, custom made for each room. All the beds are excellent quality with a king size 'tempur' type mattress in the master bedroom. Even the covered naya has an all weather sofa and armchairs.
The overall feel is of a modern light and airy luxury holiday home but it has been furnished and equipped as if it was our main residence.
DETAIL DETAIL DETAIL..... We built this villa to our own detailed specification based on our experiences of renting accommodation which was often not to the standard we would have liked. We specified a large en suite shower room for the master bedroom, a good sized en suite bathroom for the second bedroom and the third bedroom has an ample shower room adjacent to the bedroom. We insisted on an large upper terrace accessible from both the master bedroom and the upper sun lounge. We have provided cable TV with over 30 English channels in the master bedroom, lounge and upper sun lounge. We have provided wi-fi throughout.
The circular master bedroom upstairs (which also has a TV) has a large en suite shower room and double doors to the upper sun terrace with sea views. This sun terrace has its own table and chairs. Also on the first floor is the upper sun lounge designed to let the sun in for an off season break or to relax in overlooking the pool, garden and lighthouse perhaps in the evening with the pool and garden lights on. There is a further large higher sun terrace with sea views. Downstairs there are the two further bedrooms at the end of each wing, giving greater privacy, a well equipped kitchen, lounge (with MD, DVD and TV) and a dining room with access to the covered naya and outside table and chairs.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and radio/alarm or CD/alarm and bathrooms are well equipped with thermostatic showers, large mirrors and lights, shaver points and electric hair dryers. There is gas central heating and air conditioning throughout.
Guests comments include 'We can see that you and your wife have worked hard to ensure that your villa is well maintained and that your customers comfort and enjoyment is of genuine importance to you' and 'We were very pleased with the villa which was certainly the best we have stayed in. You have obviously spent a great deal of time in providing a very high quality property in an excellent location.'

The covered naya has a table and 6 chairs whilst the pool terrace and large garden has ample garden furniture including 6 sun lounger’s with cushions and two large 3m parasols and BBQ with its own dining area. Loungers and parasols can break - we renew ours and usually have spares on site; it can ruin a holiday if there are not enough loungers (and shade)!
The plot has been carefully and professionally landscaped by one of Javea's best garden designers with tiered terraces, very substantial planting and a large area put to lawn. The plot is private having been planted all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees.
We positioned the house to ensure maximum sun on the pool and terraces. Finally we extensively landscaped the garden for privacy and enjoyment. With enough garden furniture there are no fights over the sun lounger’s!!
A guest commented 'Arrived home safely yesterday, after a fabulous 10 days at Casa Isabella, weather was wonderful and the villa was just as it was 2 years ago. In fact the garden is looking even better now that it has established further.'
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea has so much going for it; although it is cosmopolitan it is still Spanish without a high rise package tour hotel in sight. There are a number of distinct part of Javea; the old town, the marina area, Arenal beach and Cap de la Nao.
Cap de la Nao, at the southern tip of Javea is a local beauty spot with its light house, nature reserve and cliffs. It is a very green and sought after area with few opportunities to build a new property to the standards one expects these days.
The Javea / Cap de la Nao area
Cap de la Nao is at the southern most tip of Javea and is a well maintained up market mature residential area adjacent to the cliff top nature reserve. The property itself is a few hundred metres from the cliff edge and nature reserve with its spectacular sea views. There are some restaurants, a large supermarket and tennis courts within easy walking distance. It is an ideal location to unwind and relax when you wish, with little need to get the car out. It has easy access to the old town, marina and beach areas of Javea. Denia (with day ferries to Ibiza), Moraira, Calpe and of all of the attractions of the whole of the Costa Blanca are within easy reach.
This is a large one third of an acre plot which is both private and peaceful. It is south facing with extensive terraces with the sun from dawn to dusk. In this part of Spain there are around 320 days of sun throughout the year. Around 200 yards from the villa are spectacular cliff top views with two excellent cliff top restaurants.
Los Pinos Tennis Club with a range of floodlit courts is about 400m away. Lessons can be arranged for both children and adults.

Fly to Alicante or Valencia - Casa Isabella is about an hour (largely on motoway) from either airport both of which are well served by budget carriers such as Thompsonfly, Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair flying from an ever increasing number of UK regional airports. We find Valencia a quieter and less hectic airport to arrive at.
As there are so many flights and carriers you can fly into one airport and out of the other to get the cheapest or most convenient flights. Many car rental companies do not charge for picking up the car at one airport and dropping it off at another.
Finally why not start or end you holiday by flying into or out of Madrid or Barcelona and staying there for a few day?

Fantastic, clean, airy well equipped villa in a lovely quiet location but very close to amenities. The owners had thought of everything that you could possibly need to make your holiday as enjoyable and stress free as possible. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be going back .

Everything about Casa Isabella is perfect from start to finish. The location is fantastic – close to the sea but also set back so you only get a light breeze. The villa has lots of different terraces that look to the sea or overlook the garden, which is beautifully manicured. The villa is outstanding in every way – it is clean and beautifully furnished – we can't remember ever needing anything that hadn't already been thought about (even down to a pizza slice!!). We loved lounging around by the pool for those days that we just wanted to relax in the peace and quiet. The terrace and garden surrounding the pool makes it perfect for evening BBQs and the restaurants of Javea are close by.
We loved our stay and have already booked to return again.

Great villa in a fabulous location. Villa was fantastic with all of our needs catered for. 5 of us stayed in the villa, my wife and I, my daughters aged 24 and 19, and my young son aged 9. Everyone loved the villa and we had no complaints whatsoever. We stayed for 3 weeks and have no doubts that we will definitely be back. We have stayed in a few villas over the years in the Javea area and this is up there with the very best.

When a booking overlaps a change in weekly rental rates then the rent is calculated on a pro-rata basis (ie the number of nights in each price bracket). Part weeks are also calculated on a pro-rata basis. The rental rates are all inclusive and no other charges apply. The rate therfore includes central heating when necessary. In the off peak periods discounts will be considered for longer term rentals where there is also low occupancy.
Travel cots can be provided for young children at a small additional charge.All bedding and towels will be provided including towels for the sun beds but you may wish to bring extra. Towels are not provided for the beach. Flexible change over days allow you to take advantage of the lower mid-week charges offered by many of the budget airlines. The villa will be cleaned and bedding and bath towels etc changed weekly for booking of 14 nights or more. Additional cleaning or bedding can be arranged for a small extra charge.
