The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca can satisfy most peoples sporting desires. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkelling and water skiing. Jet Skis, Windsurfing and sailing are also available. From the Port marina fishing boats and yacht charters are available. You can visit Ibiza on a day trip from Denia port a 15 min drive away.
There are 3 golf courses in the nearby surrounding area, one of which is located next to the 5 Star Marriott Hotel complex, complete with International Health Spa. Behind the arenal beach there is a large Tennis Club with Horse Riding too. Javea is within a 30 min drive to Benidorm, which has a large water park 'Aqualandia', the Dolphin Sea World Centre 'Mundomar' and 'Terra Mitica' theme park which has some of the largest rides in Europe.
There is also 'Vergel Safari Park' not to be missed. Javea has its own 3000ft mountain 'The Montgo', this area is a nature park where you can walk or rock climb and enjoy incredible views across Javea and along the scenic coastline

Javea is situated approximately 1 hours drive away from either Valencia or Alicante airports, so you can go to either to take advantage of the cheap flights with Easy Jet , Ryan Air or BMI baby, or any of the many flight operators that use these airports.

Further details indoors: This beautiful house is superbly located just off the Arenal sandy beach area. Set within a small gated community, the ground floor has an american style kitchen with serving hatch through to the dining area. The large lounge/dinner leads to the independent patio with BBQ for outside dining overlooking the large communal pool & lawned area. With stairs leading to the first floor where there are two double double bedrooms & two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite & small balconcy overlooking the pool. A further flight of stairs leads to the master bedroom with its own private balcony & an additional shower/wet room. Although you can easily walk to all the local bars , restaurants or shops, but there really ins't any need to beacuse everything you need is here.
Further details outdoors: This is a friendly community with 3 linked pools of different depths set in beautiful lawned gardens. For the active there is also a tennis court. Located just minuites away from the Arenal , the rocky beach is also nearby & the lively beach bars, the perfect place to have a sundowner overlooking the mediteranean.
Conditions
A refundable security deposit of £250 is payable before the letting period, which will be refunded in full once the property has been vacated & cleaned.
