Casa Montgo is an elegant south-facing spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with the living area on one level. It has a flat mature garden including a long private drive with secure off road parking for numerous cars. The private swimming pool is 10 x 5 with a poolside shower, BBQ, large poolside terrace plus an al fresco dining area. Each bedroom has double glazed doors leading onto their own Romeo balcony. The large glazed sunny naya offers additional spacious living, sitting and dining area.
The separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs with access to an outside dining area. The large lounge/diner features beamed ceilings,a Tosca stone log burning fire place and separate dining area. Both bathrooms are spacious, fully tiled and include a bath, toilet, sink set within a vanity unit and a separate walk in power shower cubicle.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Along the Costa Blanca discover soft white sands and sun-drenched beaches upon miles of glittering blue coastline. Spain's much loved 'White Coast' offers picturesque mountain villages, whitewashed villas and vibrant tourist attractions.
Close by are many interesting towns & villages including the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC. Most of the local towns & villages have a weekly market and fiestas (festivals) throughout the year. Karting & quad-biking are available locally. Snorkelling and scuba, and various boat trips are available off the coast of Denia & Javea. For the children big & small, how about a day out at one or all of these fun parks? The Aqualanda water park, Mundomar Marine Animal Park & Terra Mitica Theme Park can all be found at Benidorm. El Vergel Safari Park is about 20 mins by car. There are 3 good golf courses nearby. La Sella is highly recommended (Less than 5 mins drive), & Oliva & Javea golf courses are both about a 20 mins drive. There is horse riding available nearby or head to the caves at Benidoleig (about 10 mins) which are well worth a visit.
Javea / Montgo area
The villa is situated in a fantastic location at the foot of the magnificent Montgo mountain. A beautiful tranquil setting close to both Javea and the typical Spanish village of Jesus Pobre. Javea is charming & quaint. The beach is exceptionally clean with beautiful soft sand. There are some excellent restaurants sprinkled around the colourful port area. The well known La Sella golf course is close by. A labyrinth of tiny streets & quaint houses form the town area. Denia is also close by and sits in a peaceful area of the Costa Blanca & boasts a fabulous sandy beach, the largest in the area. Facilities include great water sports & a great choice of restaurants & bars. Famous for its abundant charm Denia still retains some of its character & picturesque look including the quaint fishermen's quarter, cobbled streets & a 12th century castle. Other places to visit include the Jalon Valley, Guadalest & Fonts D'Algar
How to get there
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are about 60 miles away. Most of the budget airlines fly to these airports including Ryanair and Easyjet.

To ensure that you have a great start to your holiday we personally clean and prepare all our villas to a high standard and only use 100% cotton sheets and good quality bathroom and beach towels. We provide a generous welcome pack for you which is included in the rental charge.
The welcome pack consists of : bread, milk, orange juice, butter, jam, marmalade, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, red wine, white wine, beer and water plus toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, soap powder, washing up liquid and bathroom soap. We live locally and are just a phone call away should you require any assistance.
