The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen with a small table and chairs, and a small balcony if you prefer to sit outside, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and dish washer etc. There are standing fans available in the rooms to keep you cool at all times. Villa is about 3 minutes away ( by car) from the popular sandy beach and the port area with all the shops,restaurants,bars,supermarkets and banks etc.

Further details outdoors: Outside there is a large naya with lovely furniture for you to relax and sunloungers to soak up the sun in your own pool area. Surrounded with lovely plants, trees in a mature garden for a al fresco bbq. The pool size is 8x4 and completely private for your use.

The villa receives a full clean immediately prior to your stay and includes fresh bed and bath linen and all gas, water, electricity. Please provide your own pool towels. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a small additional charge. Flexible change over day-Arrival time normally 3 Pm and departure time by 10 Am,but we can be flexible about this.
Conditions
Please contact us to double check availability and we will send you a booking form-You will be asked for a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure-however if the departure date is less than 8 weeks then the total cost of the rental is due in full at the time of booking. We will also ask for a damage deposit of £200 payable with the balance,which is returned on receipt of the villa keys and fallowing an inventory check by our representatives.
