Pool with shallow end & Roman steps for ease of access/exit. Full size trampoline with safety net on same level as pool & BBQ. Large circular wooden table under cover of a tosca stone pillered area with a thatch stye roof beside the BBQ & the exterior sink. Pool lights & external lights. Parking in your own front drive way area for 4 or 5 cars with electric gates.
Conditions
You may smoke outside of the property but not indoor.
Please enquire reference pets. NO pet would be allowed to sleep in any of the bedrooms or on any of the furnishings.
Boat rental can be organised through the owner complete with a skipper if you do not have a license.
A COT for children can be provided enabling more people to stay.
Please ask if you have any special requests.

or just simply relax on a beach or even better at your own private villa by the pool.
The Javea / Tossalet area
Javea is divided in three areas. The Arenal are where there are dozens of very high quality restaurants or simple cafe style bars along the beach front & some designer shops too.
The port area has a marina with a working fishing harbour & lots of sea front bars & restaurants. Many shops of all kinds.
The old town is oozing with character & charm. Old churches that you can walk through, shops selling authentic spanish items & a bustling market.

Attractive location once we had managed to find the villa with the confusing directions supplied by the villa owner. The "Wow" factor we expected on entering the villa dissipated to "Oh". The" sheer luxury" description of the villa interior was very misleading along with the photographs shown on the Holiday Lettings site. The Entrance / Dining hall was furnished with the glass dining table and 4 chairs, a single rug plus one rather worn armchair and walls stripped of pictures that are shown in photos on website. Nails left in the walls all over the villa where pictures removed. Where were all the lovely pieces of furniture shown in the photos? The Four Poster bed was non existent and replaced with a double bed with a very uncomfortable mattress and old thin sheets.. We moved to a smaller but more comfortable bed in another bedroom. The satellite TV was inadequate. We could not watch theWorld Cup rugby matches as it was not receiving signal enough to view. A repair man came out and said there was no subscription being paid and we were receiving the basic programmes. After re-setting it the picture lasted a day and we gave up! Normally holiday lets have an array of books or DVDs left behind by previous holiday makers but apart from a few childrens videos there was nothing. Mrs Woods (caretaker) kindly loaned us some DVDs. Very nice pool although not as large as it appears but no parasols for poolside as shown. The trampoline has seen better days and was not pleasant to use. The garden and pool are overlooked by villa next door which is a bit disconcerting but estate generally is very peaceful The exterior overall was very pleasant but to have young children or limited mobility one would need to be vigil with steep steps from villa to pool. Car essential to see surrounding areas and beaches. Good restaurants to choose from. Overall a relaxing stay despite villa having the basics in furniture and misleading photos of interior. |
