Casa Tonette is a beautiful villa situated in the hillside with sea views and a breathtaking outlook. The villa itself is on various levels with a contemporary feel. The approach to the villa is by private drive and gates for seclusion.
The entrance to the villa is up steps to the front door into a large entrance hall,from here three steps down to the upper lounge area with a large open fire place with two sofas, three more steps down to lower lounge area where there is a sofa bed and arm chair, doors leading out from this area to large arched covered terrace with sea view and views across the valley.
This terrace has comfy wicker chairs for relaxing, reading and taking in the view. Going down to the next level there is a BBQ area then the further steps to the lower level with a covered terrace looking onto your private pool, this terrace has a eating area with table and benches in Spanish style.
The pool is not overlooked there is a shower poolside and ample sun loungers.

Back into the villa there is a separate dining room which leads into a newly fitted kitchen, also utility room with washing machine.
Off the entrance hall to the first floor with two bedrooms each with two single beds and a family shower room, stairs up to top floor with master bedroom with en suite bath and shower room, there is doors which open onto private terrace with wonderful sea views and surrounding valleys.
Because the villa is on so many levels with many steps we consider that it is not suitable for very young children or people with walking difficulties.

Javea is a beautiful upmarket coastal resort on the sun-baked Costa Blanca, it has managed to maintain its charm and character whilst providing ample facilities and activities to enhance any family holiday.
Javea is situated between Alicante and Valencia,it offers a great deal of sunshine and good enjoyable climate throughout the year. Javea is sheltered from the northerly winds by Mount Montgo which forms a beautiful backdrop for the town and its three main areas.
The Javea area
Javea splits into three main areas all with their own different characteristics. At the base of Mount Mongo is the old town with its lovely old character buildings and cobbled streets, leading to the church with its nearby indoor food market. There are plenty of meandering walks with a selection of restaurants and bars. There is also a
large outdoor market every week situated between the Old Town and The Port.
The Port of Javea has a fine modern marina and fishing harbour,with many restaurants and bars. There are various shops a a beautiful promenade looking onto its beach, here you can enjoy fine selections of Tapas.
The third main area is El Arenal beach area which is only 5 minutes from Casa Tonette.This is a lovely sandy horseshoe shaped bay with calm and shallow waters.Here you will also find a fine selection of bars and restaurants, and various shops. The beach has a good selection of watersports including power boats, jet skies and pedalos. On the beach you can find beach Volley ball nets climbing frames sunbeds and parasols.

We had a lovely holiday at the villa, although it does need quite a bit doing to it, beds very uncomfortable, there for 10 days with no clean bedding and one bed had no pillows.
