We have owned this lovely villa for nearly 10 years and have made it a really lovely place to spend a holiday in. It is near to two beaches and has a large shared swimming pool with a children's pool also - fully air-conditioned and is just 500 metres away to all the local restaurants and bars and great nightlife.
For those a bit more adventurous Benidorm 45 minutes away to visit theme park Terra Mittica and Aqualandia.
The Villa is great for families - Leading from the living room is a chill out covered seating area with views of the valley and montgo mountain. Secluded patio garden with dining table and six chairs to give you the benefit of dining al fresco. With one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea / The Arenal area
Ideal for young families a very safe bay with plenty of water activities available. Restaurants are also a step away from beach and are all superb quality and value, there is a selection for everyone from mexican spanish and french cuisine to thai and chinese.
You have the port in Javea which is full of small tapas bars. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on the front and watch the boats or even a cocktail in one of the many beach bars heading towards the Port. Within 20 minutes of the villa you have world class golf courses.
In June and July you have the Moors and Cristians parade which are a must to see if you are lucky enough to be there at the right time.
If you travel out you have the local village of Gata which is great for antiques and basketware. 45 minutes travelling you can be at the magnificent Terra Mittica theme park and Aqualandia Water Park. Denia 15 minute drive you can take ferry to Ibiza for Day.
One hour drive either way Valencia or Alicante for some retail therapy. All in all the surrounding area caters for everybody!!

Bedroom three – twin room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading Out to a balcony to enjoy the views of the valley and Montgo mountain. Again there is a further single bed that can be pulled out to sleep a further person comfortably.
Further details outdoors: From Lounge - extra outdoor seating under a covered lighted area. From this area down into a secluded patio garden which has dining table, chairs and umbrella seats 6. A lovely private area to relax.

Prices quoted are in British Sterling. Prices are for villa rental for one week not per person and do not include flights. Please ensure you have travel insurance. No Smoking Villa . After your enquiry is received and you confirm that you wish to book with us, your booking will be noted but not marked until your 30% deposit is received . When your deposit is received your dates will then be marked as booked on our availability chart and you will receive a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions. A standard £200 security/breakage bond is charged irrespective of length of stay and number of guests. This bond is to be paid with your second stage booking we will hold this until villa has been checked after your departure. Your final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Once your second stage booking/final balance is received we will issue you with details of directions to villa should you not require airport transfer. Keys will be sent recorded delivery one week before departure. AIRPORT TRANSFERS CAN BE ARRANGED. All Rentals include gas, electric, final cleaning, weekly linen change and bathroom towels.
