This is a lovely one bedroom apartment sleeping four, with a sofa bed. It was refurbished recently and benefits from a well equipped kitchen and good quality linens/bathtowels. The terrace which looks onto the garden & pool & is large enough for al fresco dining. We have htg.& English TV/DVD player.There is a lift. In winter we have
a duvet for the superking bed.
Garden furniture, which can be taken to the beach, is provided in a lockable store room. There is lots to do in the surrounding area: the property is close to the sea & flat walk to all amenities, yet located in a quiet area with pool, garden and off-street parking. Javea has something for everyone with watersports, walking, golf, historical Old Town, working fishing port & huge choice of restaurants. Weekly tourist market.

Everyone who has stayed has remarked how well equipped the apartment is. It is not only suitable for
short holidays but long winter lets (at special rates).
There are only twelve apartments in the building giving a friendly feel to the location and garden.
There is a bus stop just at the end of the street so it is not necessary to use a car. We can also arrange

It is possible to rent bicycles from the Port. We do offer the use of a bicycle which is kept in the store room at no charge. An hourly bus service to the Old Town is just a few minutes walk
Mid-stay cleans can be arranged at extra cost and we can arrange transport to and from the airport by English
speaking driver (we will quote you depending on travel times).
We will hold provisional bookings for 10 days pending receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price.
We ask for the balance four weeks before the holiday in order that keys can be posted.
For long lets in low season, we can be flexible on arrival day in order that air ticket prices can be as low as
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The town enjoys a mild climate with an average annual temperature of 16.5 degrees C. In the heat of the summer the sea breeze brings cooler air ashore. Before the medieval town was built, it was inhabited bythe Greeks and the Moors. The historic centre of the Old Town has narrow streets and whitewashed houses.
The church there dates from the end of the 14th century. The Montgo nature park rises to 753 metres above sea level from where, on a clear day, you can see the Balearic Islands. There are 25 kms of coastlineproviding lots of swimming options. Of course Valencia, which hosted the America's Cup race, is worth a visit too.
Sports fans will find plenty to do. There are hiking routes on the one hand and submarine excursions for divers on the other. There is also sailing (including a children's sailing school), windsurfing, fishing, snorkelling and boat trips. Traditional fish auctions can be seen at the fishmarket in the port. There are good golf courses too.
Benidorm with its water and fun parks are 40 minutes drive.
We have a wide array of seafood and tapas restaurants. There are many fiestas too (June Les Fogueres Sant Joan & September Mare de Deu de Loreto, end of July Moors & Christians ) and the religious feast of Nazarene (28th April to 3 May), Javea has a Blue flag safe sandy beach - perfect for children.
For the younger visitor the blue flag beach is very safe although Benidorm with its water parks and Terramitica is only 40 minutes drive away.

It is of course a great delight for us when clients return to Los Olivos.
We hope people find it a "home from home" but are always open to suggestions for improvements.

"Consistently top quality rental apartment within easy walking distance of the Arenal area restaurants and bars."
Have just returned from a month at Los Olivos from early February to early March. This was our 5th stay at Los Olivos. In past years we have spent single weeks there during September but this year escaped from the UK winter weather. The impressive feature of these rentals is that the high quality attention to detail is maintained year after year and still the owners strive not just to maintain already high standards but to improve them.
We are delighted to have clients who want to keep coming back and who love Javea as much as we do.

"Perfect in every way"
We had 4 weeks of perfect hot sunny weather in this perfect apartment in Javea.
Situated in an ideal place close to the Arenal beach and the Port area, both within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was extremely kitted out with everything we needed and more. A delightfull place to stay. As the apartment is one of 12 in the block meant it was quiet , well maintained and very friendly. A VERY short walk to the Sea.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to re visit in 2014.
We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We love the location too as we enjoy the chance to walk to the Port and/or shops for exercise whatever the weather - we hope we shall be able to welcome you back in 2014.

"the best equipped appartment we have ever stayed in"
Great appartment with every piece of kit you can imagine; how many people have cake forks or fish knives at home.
If we go back to Javea we will be visiting Los Olivos again for the welcome and unobtrusive attention given by the owners.

"Five star accomodation where high standards are consistently maintained."
Immaculate apartment in a small purpose built block benefitting from pool and gardens within easy walking distance of main restaurants, bars and shopping areas. This was our 4th stay in this apartment where high standards and attention to detail have been consistently maintained. What better recommendation is there than the fact that we have booked to return in February 2014 to escape 4 weeks of English winter weather!
