Casa Siso Del Mar is the perfect location for a family holiday - a home from home - with everything you could wish for you and your family.

The villa is so spacious that it easily sleeps two familes with ample space and privacy for everyone. There are 5 double bedrooms (including one master bedroom), 4 shower/bathrooms, 2 lounges, one playroom, two kitchens, large new swimming pool and even a separate sun terrace on the roof!

The views of the sea as you approach are absolutely breathtaking and, being the only south-facing coast line of Javea (Costa Nova la Marina) ensures that you get the most hours of sunshine through the day!

Casa Siso Del Mar is newly refurbished & is situated on the tranquil south coast of Javea (Costa Nova La Marina) with fabulous sea views. Only a 6 minute drive from the Arenal beach and just a few minutes to the smaller, local beaches, supermarkets and bar/restaurants.

Built on 3 levels: uppermost level consists of spacious lounge with large log-burning fireplace, TV, video & DVD, glazed naya/dining terrace, newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons, double bedroom and shower room. On the lower level, we have a bathroom, three double bedrooms (one Master Bedroom with luxury marble fitted en-suite shower room, walk-in dressing room and its own sun terrace overlooking the pool and the sea).

The fantastic separate apartment is at pool level and opens out onto the fabulous 5x10m swimming pool. The apartment has its own kitchen, lounge, double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.

Finally, we have Air con and ceiling fans throughout. SKY TV, DVD, Video & CD players and a monitored Alarm system.

The villa is 10 minutes drive away from the local golf course and the famous La Sella Golf Course at the Marriott Hotel is another 5-10 minutes further.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Northern Costa Blanca, with its wonderful beaches attracts millions of tourists every year. In the north the Costa Blanca starts with Denia and Javea two wonderful towns at the bottom of a mountain.

There are many attractions in the Costa Blanca: Terra Mittica Theme Park, Water Parks, the wonderful Waterfall park in Callosa, the picturesque mountain village of Guadalest (a must visit!), not to mention the local golf courses, tennis, mini-golf, goKarting.. the list gos on and on!

Javea / Costa Nova area

The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and is sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgó.It is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity!

With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities. Javea medieval sounds echo through the historic town centre that has largely been preserved over the centuries. White house fronts adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows provide a noble touch to the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas.

Leisure Activities: The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day. Accompanied horse rides and lessons are available at the Centro Hipico Javea. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area (40 minutes by car) which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. Javea has one of the most attractive seaports along the Mediterranean, due both to its location and to its unsurpassed fishing and sports installations. The modern Yacht Club at the sports marina has nearly 300 berths and facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc

The Javea town fiesta is held during the second fortnight of July and is an occasion for feasting, dancing, parades, music and fireworks, as are the Moors & Christians parades at the end of August. During the rest of the year there are other smaller fiestas for celebration.

- Fly to Alicante or Valencia. Casa Siso del Mar is 90km from Alicante airport & 100km from Valencia.

We have two new, fully fitted kitchens and two lounges on different levels. Both can seat 8 people comfortably. The dining room can seat 10 people comfortably and the poolside dining table is big enough to seat 10 people.

The newly fitted kitchens have all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer and all the handy items such as toaster, kettle, juice squeezer etc.

Clean linen and towels are provided although these are not to be removed from the villa or used by the pool.
The villa is cleaned on every changeover.

Plastic cups and glasses are provided for use by the pool.

Further details outdoors:
The property enjoys a privileged, private hillside location. It is south-facing with spectacular views of the sea and coastline. Garden furniture is provided by the pool, including sunloungers, large cherry wood dining table (with space to seat 10) with parasol and chairs. And of course lets not forget the very large 10x5 pool with roman steps and underwater lights.
There is a private car port which has electric gates and plenty of off-street parking.

Further details

The villa is cleaned between lets and weekly linen change and refresher clean. Linen & Hand & bath towels provided but NOT swimming towels.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit required. Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair access.
