About the home

This villa is set in 2,000 sq metres of private grounds in a quiet residential area. The 10m x 5m pool is set in a sun terrace outside the covered naya. The villa is on one level but a short flight of steps will take you to a very private roof top sun terrace with lovely views down the valley.
The villa comprises a large lounge/dining area with traditional stone fireplace. There is a large well equipped kitchen and utility room, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the naya by the poolside.The further two bedrooms have single beds and a shared bathroom. There is a small well equipped supermarket only 2 minutes walk away and numerous restaurants close by.

Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, over bath showers in both bathrooms. The villa is also fully fitted with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector.
A new TV system has been insalled giving over 40 uk channels including BBC & ITV, also a number of uk radio channels.

Table, chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrella and wind down awnings.

The Terrace and pool area also have toilet and shower facilities.

This glorious part of Spain is renowned for its clean air and beaches, relaxed lifestyle, hospitable people and good food and wine. It has been named by The World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest climates in the world with more recorded hours of sunshine than any other place in Spain.

The Javea / Montgo Valls area

Javea is dominated by and protected from continental winds by the impressive Mount Montgo. This delightful town consists of three distinct areas: the pretty old town which is full of culture and tradition with a wealth of architecture. The fishing harbour, where there is a fish market in the late afternoon and many excellent restaurants on the sea front; and the lovely Arenal beach fringed with palm trees and lively bars and cafes is only 10 minutes drive away from the villa. Nearby are the resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Denia and Altea. Benidorm, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica theme parks are only 30 minutes away by car.
In the summer months there are wonderful festivals with spectacular fireworks for example the Fiesta de San Juan in June and the Moors and Christians festival in July.

“Home from home with added bonus of pool, weather, views and space - paradise” On our first visit to the villa, we fell in love with it and the area. The villa is private and comfortable, very clean with an excellent pool area. It has a number of restaurants close by which we feel are reasonably priced. The villa is only a short car ride to the centre of Javea and is ideal if you like the beach. We love relaxing with friends and this villa is our ideal getaway. We are about to book our fourth visit and are very much looking forward to staying there with our family. We can highly recommend !!
