An exclusive and private luxury 4 bedroom villa situated on the residential area of La Cala in the Costa Nova area of Javea and a short drive from some of the most beautiful bays and panoramic views in this beautiful part of Spain.

The open plan design of the air-conditioned lounge / dining room gives it a spacious and airy atmosphere.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Javea is an ancient fishing village in the north of the Costa Blanca, surrounded by numerous beautiful capes, coves and beaches and situated approximately 90 kilometres from the cities Alicante and Valencia. The 753m high Montgo Mountain overlooks the area and provides shelter from Mediterranean winds.

These days, Javea is divided into three main areas, the beach, the port and old town and an easy way to get between them in the summer months is on the fun train that runs back and forth until late.

The old town dates back to the 17th century and is where the main church, markets and post office are located. Surrounding the indoor market and church are narrow, Moorish style streets, lined on both sides by shops of all kinds, art galleries and restaurants.

The port area comprises an interesting architectural mix of modern and ancient whitewashed buildings and narrow streets.

The sandy Arenal beach is surrounded by a low-rise promenade featuring a wide selection of bars and restaurants. In the summer evenings, local artisans set up stalls and sell their wares here. Further along, towards the port, there is a pebble beach with water skiing and windsurfing and numerous beach bars.


Javea / La Cala, Javea area

El Vergel is a safari park which is about 20 mins drive from Javea and makes an enjoyable day out. Also only 35 mins away is the holiday resort of Benidorm this is home to Terra Natura ,Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar were you can see the dolphins. Plus also there is Benidorm Palace which makes a great evening out for a show and a meal.

All of these are great days out for all the family.

There are several excellent golf courses in and around the Javea area. Javea golf course is just down the road from the villa with La Sella and Oliva Nova being only a short drive further. So plenty of choice for those golfers. If you need more info on the golf please feel free to email me.

There is a large, American style kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

A hall leads to the air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, the twin bedrooms share a third shower room.

Outside has a 8x4m pool set in a large terrace area with decking and a 'summer kitchen' with BBQ which is ideal for outside dining there is also an outside shower and toilet .

Saturday is changeover day so arrivals at the villa are after 2pm and depart the villa by 10am this allows plenty of time for the villa to be made ready for new guests.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival with the basics to see you through until you get to the shops.

An English-speaking representative call in to meet and see all is well at the villa and answer any questions.

Bed linen plus one bath towel and one hand towel per guest is included in the price but beach towels are not included. These are available for hire during your stay.


Conditions

100 pound non refundable deposit required to reserve your holiday and then 40% of the remaining rental fee due eight weeks before your stay, followed by the remaining balance 2 weeks before arrival.
