About the home
Very private and spacious casita in the popular resort of Javea. Set in the grounds and next to the owners' private villa.
Boasting views of outstanding beauty the casita comprises of a large dining kitchen (hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine), living room with freeview satellite TV and DVD player.
The master bedroom has white furniture, a double bed and fitted wardrobes. This room leads onto the south facing 10 x 5 swimming pool with roman steps (great for an early swim). The second bedroom with pine furniture has 2 single beds and looks onto the rear sun terrace. Finally a family bath/shower room.
Guests can enjoy the Mediterranean gardens and dine alfresco on the new rear sun terrace with sun beds (extremely private for that 'all over' tan) a well equipped BBQ area, and dining furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.
The pool area has dining furniture also and sunbeds..The Casita has its own private entrance and plenty of off road secure private parking. Ideal for families with children but also a quiet romantic retreat for couples. Javea Golf Club is only a short walk away. A perfect watering hole! What more could you want. WIFI available.

The Casita is ideally situated for guests wishing to explore Javea, Benitachell and Moraira, the beaches being only 5 minutes drive away. Situated across from Javea Golf Club, 15 minutes drive from La Sella Golf Club, Denia. The beautiful village of Benitachell is only 2 minutes drive away as is a large supermarket. Benidorm is approximately 30 minutes drive by car where you can enjoy Terra Mitica - a large fun park with some of the largest rides in Europe, the recently opened Terra Natura - a wildlife park, Aqualandia - a themed water park and Mundomar - an animal water park. Guests will be far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy the local day and night life on offer.

All guests have sole use of the private south facing 10 x 5 pool and extensive gardens.
We have an area for the children with a 14ft trampoline with safety net. There is also a garden area next to the trampoline with dining furniture so that children can escape to their space whilst parents can relax by the pool but still keep an eye on what the children are doing.
WIFI available. Please, no smoking inside the Casita but you are welcome to smoke on the terraces. Welcome pack included.
Conditions
From April the weather begins to warm up nicely with July and August being the hottest. The temperature is still very warm until the end of October. The winters are very mild, average temperaure 20 degrees.. Making Spain a good all year round holiday choice .
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and is sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgó. It is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities. Javea medieval sounds echo through the historic town centre that has largely been preserved over the centuries. White house fronts adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows provide a noble touch to the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas.
The Javea / Tesoro Park area
The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day. Accompanied horse rides and lessons are available at the Centro Hipico Javea. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. Javea has one of the most attractive seaports along the Mediterranean, due both to its location and to its unsurpassed fishing and sports installations. The modern Yacht Club at the sports marina has nearly 300 berths and facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc.
Javea Golf Club is a two minute drive away. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on the full length 9-hole course. The course has wide, open fairways that sometimes flatter the golfer, but beware the greens. These are very well protected by bunkers. There is a practice green, driving range, 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool for children, club-house with 2 bars, a restaurant, TV and card room, changing rooms and caddy area. Then perhaps a meal and a drink afterwards on the terrace whilst watching the sun go down over the Montgo mountain. The bar and food service is excellent. We highly recommend it. La Sella Golf Club, Denia is only a 15 minute drive away and is located next to the Montgo Nature Reserve it has unparalleled views of the countryside, with the mountains as a backdrop. The course itself is set in Mediterranean woodlands, and overall is an attractive offering. An 18 hole par 72 course of balanced difficulty, La Sella has proved popular both amongst locals & visitors to the area. Facilities at the club include; Club house, restaurant & cafeteria, sauna, changing rooms, & tennis courts. In addition the La Sella horse riding school operates nearby. So after a grouling 18 holes why not treat yourself to a well earned drink in the club house.

Have stayed at Casa Alice 3 times and have already booked for our 4th time in June 2012. It's a beautiful place with stunning views and just what is needed for a quiet break in the Sun. The Owners are brilliant, very friendly and hospitable but are not "in your face". We would highly recommend it. |

The rental price is per week for the Casita, for up to 4 persons.
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the rental price is required at time of booking. The final rental balance plus a security deposit of £300 (to cover damage to the property and its contents) is payable not less than 10 weeks before the start of the rental period. We endeavour to return the security deposit to you within 14 days of your departure.
Final Clean charge 50 GBP, laundry charge 15 GBP per person.
Air conditioning charge £40 per week.
A reservation form is required to be completed before arrival. Only persons stated on the reservation form are permitted to sleep at the Casita. Any extra persons wishing to stay overnight will incurr a 20 GBP charge per person.
Payment can be accepted by bank transfer for PayPal.
