The apartment receives a full clean immediately prior to your stay and includes fresh bed and bath linen and all gas,water and electricity.Please provide your own beach towels. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a small additional charge.
Conditions
Please contact us to double cheque availability and we shall send you a booking form. You will be asked for a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your departure. If the departure date is less than 8 weeks away then the total cost of the rental is due in full at the time of booking. We would also ask for damage deposit of £200 payable with the balance which is returned on receipt of the apt keys and following an inventory check by our members of staff.
