Villa Cypressa is a great family villa. It has large, flat lawns and a swing for kids and a pool right next to the terrace. The area is quiet and mainly occupied by locals, although the supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away. The villa is comfortably furnished throughout and the kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has an lower terrace for dining next to the pool, and an upper terrace with great views of the valley and both have BBQ's.
Our English speaking management company is nearby should you encounter any problems during your stay, and can also assist with tours, trips and info on the area.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Without doubt one of the most popular regions in Spain for a holiday. It has everything a tourist could possibly need. Excellent, clean beaches, restaurants catering for just about anything you can imagine, (or just local if you wish!), and locals who have been welcoming tourists to this region for years.
Even if the Winter, the days are pleasant enough to go coatless, while the central heating in the villa covers the chillier nights.
Javea / Toscal area
Javea is a very popular holiday destination, particularly for families. It has many beaches catering for all types, from the sandy and shallow to the hidden and secluded. The main Arenal has all you could need for a day at the beach with children. It has plenty of bars and restaurants, accessible without crossing any roads, gentle sloping, sandy beach with climbing frames and slides and life guard, first-aid and toilet facilties. The Port area has a pebble beach, but has a slower pace and is more geared to 'promenading' or people watching!
Javea hosts many vibrant festivals over the year, which are very popular with the locals and tourists alike who get very involved. The regular weekly markets are also an experience not to be missed.
For older children, the theme parks of Alicante are a short drive away, as is the culture and excellant shopping of Valencia. Further inland are many historic and medieval towns, waterfalls and caves to explore.
Alternatively, Toscal is a very quiet, residential urbanisation, populated mainly by owners which means just staying at the villa and relaxing by the pool and garden can be done without the worry of rowdy neighbours. Javea and Denia and Moraira have many excellent golf courses and for the golf widows, great shops and boutiques.
