Casa Naranja is situated in the Montgo area of Javea. It is ideal for outdoor pursuits or as just a perfect getaway for family groups seeking rest and relaxation with a large shady garden, private pool and games room.
In the main house there are 4 bedrooms (3 double and one with double bunk bed suitable for children) and 3 bathrooms, one en-suite. There is also a separate " casita" ( small house) with a further double bedroom, en-suite, fitted kitchen and the games room with satellite TV, play station, wii, pool and table tennis. A ten minute drive from the beach, historic town of Javea and numerous activities makes this is an ideal location to explore the surrounding area and enjoy excellent restaurants and many local attractions. There is air-conditioning throughout and large outdoor dining space.
There is a separate spacious laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Our villa has a large balcony with views over the valley, indoor/outdoor naya (veranda) and cozy sitting room with gas fire. There is a large, light modern kitchen and indoor dining area. Leading off the sitting room are 3 bedrooms (two double and one with bunk beds) and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Stairs from the sitting room lead down to an additional double bedroom and bathroom.
The casita has a large double bedroom, en-suite, living room / games room and small kitchen.

Set in a mature garden with an abundance of trees and shrubs and grassy lawn our Villa has a great garden for entertaining, barbecuing and eating al fresco. Relax in the Cabana at the end of the private pool on hot summer days and balmy nights.

Casa Naranja includes the main Villa with 4 bedrooms and a separate Casita (small house) which has a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen can be quite private to the main house and includes the games room. The house can be rented with or without the Casita.

Prices are negotiable for long term rental or if you prefer to take the villa without access to the casita.

We are located in the scenic Montgo Parc Natural, close to the town and beaches of Javea and equidistant to Valencia in the north and Alicante in the South. There are many places to explore along the coast and inland. For example, the waterfalls at the Fonts d'Algar are a 30 minutes drive away . The pretty hilltop town of Guadalest is just an hours drive away on a scenic road.
During the summer their are many wonderful fiestas. For the more adventurous, within 25 minutes drive there are many theme parks including Terra Mitica (http://www.terramiticapark.com/), Aqualandia water park with superslides (http://www.aqualandia.net/index.php?conf=conf_en) and Mundomar animal park (http://www.mundomar.es/). There is also a new Science Park & an Oceanographic Park at Valencia, which are well worth the trip.
Golf at the La Sella golf resort (http://www.lasellagolf.com/es/la-sella-golf.html) is just a 5 minute drive away.Ferries leave Denia harbour daily for the short crossings to Ibiza and Majorca.
The Javea / Montgo area
The Montgo is Javeas prime Villa residential area - mixing year round residents with Spainish and ex-pat. holiday home owners. The elevated position allows views over the valley and beyond and afternoon breezes help to cool things down.
Javea is protected from harsh winter winds of the north by the massif of Montgó (753 m / 2,471 ft) and it enjoys a unique micro-climate that the World Health Organisation named as one of the healthiest in the world. There are more recorded hours of sunshine per year than in any other place in Spain, making it a popular destination for Northern Europeans during the cold winter months.
Javea really is the town with something for everyone. Beaches, historical sites, colonial era buildings all within easy walking distance. The old town in particular is a great place to explore and feel a sense of Spanish history. The old port area is still home to the local fishermen. Javea is a real working town with a tourist infrastructure that supports visitors without losing the charm of the old town. The blue flag beach is great for children and safe for swimming.
There are clubs and restaurants, for example the the Parador, the Javea Golf Course and the Club Nautico. There is a shooting range on La Plana, riding stables, tennis courts, Golf, bowling clubs and undersea diving facilities.

To get to our Villa you have the choice of Alicante or Valencia Airports, (see skyscanner.net for a comparison of low cost airlines from your home). There are a selection of good value car rental companies at both airports. The drive along the A-7 is well signposted and follows the coastline and will take around an hour. We are about 7k from the motorway, follow signs for the Marriott La sella Golf resort. House is about 3km from the Marriott and directions will be provided on booking.
