This brand new luxuriously appointed 4 bed villa, boasts double height ceilings in the lounge and dining area and a stunning American style kitchen/bar area. The villa is situated in the exclusive Balcon al Mar area of Javea and with a minute's walk of a good supermarket, tennis courts and several bars and restaurants. For the children's entertainment there is a fully equipped games room with slate bed pool table, PS2 with TV and video. Outside the pool is a large 10mx5m kidney shape, with roman steps to one end. For the adults, there are two terraces for entertaining which overlook the pool and garden area with distant sea views. The barbecue area has a shaded pergola, seating 10. Wifi broadband internet access available free to guests. Air conditioning is fitted to all bedroom areas.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is one of the finest resorts on the Costa Blanca coast. Located midway between Alicante and Valencia, Javea was declared environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation. The summer months don't just bring with them warm evenings, they bring wonderful festivals with spectacular fireworks. Wander through the working port and maybe stop awhile in one of the port's cosmopolitan restaurants and have dinner overlookng the crystal blue sea or, perhaps, meander up to the Pueblo with its cooler ancient streets. The Arenal area has a large, safe, sandy beach with many restarants and bars. Javea offers everything for a perfect holiday and not a high rise package hotel in site!
Javea / Balcon Al Mar area
The villa is situated in the exclusive and quiet area Balcon al Mar. Within a 2 minute walk of the villa is a good supermarket, with an excellent bakery and deli. Tennis courts, both clay and hard court, a large swimming pool with bar and takeaway pizza restaurant are within the same complex. A further 2 minute walk down the road will bring you to 2 fabulous restaurants, which have stunning views of the Cap de la Nao and the sea beyond.
La Sella golf course is a 20 minute drive although Javea itself has an excellent course and is within a 5 minute drive. For those looking for a different sort of fun, the theme parks and water parks of Benidorm are a 40 mintue drive away or escape up into the mountains for a superb lunch overlooking the magnificent Guadalest lake.
How to get there
Javea is situated midway between Alicante and Valencia, both airports are well serviced by budget airlines (both Easyjet and Ryanair) the drive from either airport is approximately 1 hour. Barcelona and Madrid are approximately 4 hours' drive, so you could combine a low-cost flight with a city break before or after your trip to Javea.

Further details indoors: The villa has been built to the very highest standards. The bathrooms have imported Italian marble and modern contemporary taps. Each bedroom has built in cupboards and is supplied with a hairdryer and alarm clock. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has an en suite wet room, which has stunning black marble tiles and contemporary fittings. The suite also has its own private terrace with bistro table and chairs, perfect for an intimate breakfast or drinks. The other terrace is a large area, perfect for dinner with friends and overlooks the pool area with distant sea views. Outside the pool is a large 10mx5m kidney shape with steps and underwatering lighting. The BBQ area has a shaded pergola which will seat 10 and there are 10 sun loungers and various patio seating, along with a large patio umbrella for added shade. Set in grounds of 1/4 acre, there is plenty of room to get away from it all. For lettings over the Christmas period, a luxury, full decorated, large Christmas tree is provided, coupled with our log fire, the perfect setting for a family get together!
Further details outdoors: The BBQ has a shaded pergola with seating for 10 people, the pool terrace is a large area and has a patio umbrella for extra shade. The garden has various palms and plants with grassed areas enabling additional activities such as badminton and football.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
30% deposit secures all bookings and the balance and security deposit are payable 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit of £300 is payable to cover the loss of villa keys and breakages etc. This will be returned in full within 10 working days after rental period ends and after the villa has been checked. All linen and bath towels are provided, pool towels can be hired, please ask for details. Villa cleaned between lets only. Linen change for two week holidays. Additional maid service at extra charge. Air conditioning in the bedroom areas is free of charge between the hours of 7pm and 7am, if however air con is required for the full 24 hour period a charge of 80 euros per week is chargeable and is payable locally.
Final clean charge of 100 euros is payable locally on arrival. Please contact the owner regarding heating costs for winter months.
