The fantastic advantage of Villa Alegria is that it is close to the Arenal Beach (20 mins walk). It is also air conditioned (for no extra cost) and has a great swimming pool area with a shallow end perfect for the children. Its location allows you the privacy to relax in a peaceful environment. It also boasts an outdoor BBQ area, situated by the pool. We have WIFI and if you don't want to miss your favourite TV programmes while you are on holiday, you don't have to as there is english television too (BBC, ITV,C4 etc.).
This traditional villa has been modernised and is now a fantastic blend of old and new. With tosca stone archways and fireplace, and beamed ceilings, this villa is full of character. It also benefits from a new kitchen and new bathroom.
This villa is ideal for a family holiday as it is also very close to the infamous Arenal Beach (3 minute drive or a 20 minute walk). The bustling Arenal area is dominated by the sandy blue flag beach which is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. It's a great place to walk along the promenade in the evening. Many of the bars have live music and there are several discotheques that stay open all night.

About Javea
Javea is one of the most popular resorts on the Costa Blanca. It's rugged coastline is indented with secluded coves and sandy beaches. These hidden caves and bays were once used by pirates and smugglers in the Middle Ages but are now used by sunbathers, snorklers and scuba divers. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year.
New building developments in Javea are subject to height restrictions which mean there are no high-rise buildings unlike in other Costa Blanca towns such as Calpe or Benidorm. Javea is unique in that it is made up of three separate, very different areas. The Javea Arenal Beach, the Port and the Old Town.
The Arenal Beach - The bustling Arenal area is dominated by the sandy blue flag beach which is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. It's a great place to walk along the promenade in the evening. During the evening, in the summer, there are various stalls here selling a variety of handmade crafts. Many of the bars have live music and there are several discotheques that stay open all night.
The Port - This area has a fascinating charm factor hard to define. Whitewashed houses surround the bay. Watch the fishermen bring in their fresh catches, watch the sailing boats set off from the marina or eat at the fantastic seafood restaurants. There are also many good shops, bars and cafes - it's bustling with activity. The Port area of Javea has a real Spanish feel, this is an area where locals live and work in harmony with the tourist elements.
The Old Town - Also known as the Pueblo, this area of Javea is where you can wander down ancient narrow streets and visit the local market on a Thursday. Built with original Tosca sandstone it's rich in medieval history.

Conditions
Price includes gas, electricity, linen and towels . There is a weekly linen change and clean. A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking with the remaining 70% due eight weeks before arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of start of holiday, payment in full required. A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required which will be refunded within ten days, (subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys).
