Home description
This delightful villa is situated high on the slopes of Monte Puchol above the old town of Javea and therefore commanding spectacular views of Javea the sea and the surrounding Valley. The villa is on three levels with many steps therefore not suitable for wheel chair access. It is reached by electric gates and up a feature, sweeping staircase to the front entrance. As soon as you walk in the front door you get the wow feeling of the views through an arched window in the hall way. To the right is a very elegant and classically furnished lounge and dining area with a feature fireplace in Tosca stone.
Outside there is a terrace with the pool and a beautifully furnished Naya for relaxing on the warm balmy nights that we enjoy here so much. Down a set of steps takes you down to the lower terrace were you will find the hot tub and a beautiful terrace leading to the garden.
A holiday at villa Almoradi also offers a unique opportunity to enjoy some of the benefits and pampering of a hotel stay, but with the tranquility and exclusivity of a private villa. Relax, sit back and enjoy a welcome glass of champagne and unwind whilst taking in the spectacular views and look forward to a tranquil week ahead, the stage is now set for a truly memorable holiday.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is ideally located between Valencia and Alicante. It is a particulary green area of Spain with some spectacular scenery. Valencia is recently most famous for hosting the Americas Cup and the Formula 1 Grand Prix. It also houses Oceanografic, a fantastic sealife centre that makes a wonderful day out for young and old alike.
South of Javea you will find Benidorm and then Alicante. Benidorm is a fabulous playground for families, offering theme parks, water parks and much more. A must see is Benidorm Palace which is famous for housing the largest stage in Europe. You can buy tickets here for just the show or for dinner and the show which offers dance from traditional Flamenco to Irish Dancing and more including a little toppless dancing with feathers. There are always a selection of other acts included in the show from magicians to acrobats.
Both Alicante and Valencia offer fabulous shopping and both cities stretch along the coast line of the Costa Blanca. There are stunning views and the coast is lined with golden beaches. A little further in land and you find yourself in the mountains. There are opportunities to enjoy the spectacular views in peace or to do a little off roading on a quad! If you are looking for a quiet break then this location is perfect for you, if you are after a more adrenaline pumping break then this is still the perfect location for you. There really is something for families and individuals alike.
Javea / Javea Port area
Javea is devided into three main areas, The Town, The Port and The Arenal. The Town is a traditional Spanish town with lots of little streets where you can find leather shops, jewellers an array of coffee shops, bars and many more wonderful finds. There is a beautiful church in the heart of the town and a superb indoor market where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Port area is a traditional Spanish working Port. You can buy fresh fish here daily and if you fancy a trip on the ocean wave you can organise excursions from the little glass bottom ferry boat that takes you along to the next town, to a day trip on a catamaran or for real luxury you can even charter your own yacht. There is a beautiful promenade along the pebbly beach lined with excellent bars and restaurants where you can order a local paella valenciana or settle for something a little more familiar.
The Arenal area is where the main sandy beach in Javea can be found. There are thatched parasols and sun beds available to hire throughout the peak season, or you can just take a towel and soak up the sun by the beautiful deep blue meditteranean sea. This area also has a beautiful promenade which is lined with bars and restaurants for every tatse. You can leave your towels on the beach and pop up to one of the bars for a light lunch or picnic for the beach or maybe even a cocktail? In the evening this area is buzzing with market stalls and you can choose anything from Mexican to Italian, Thai to Tapas, quick snack to muti course meal!
After a beautiful meal why not take a stroll on the sand and watch the sun go down over Javea's very own mountain, the Montgo, or even take a dip in the sea which ill still be warm enough to swim in without the daytime sun!
