The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms (sleeps 4-6 people), two bathrooms, patio area, own private garden with access to communal pool and jacuzzi. There are ample parking spaces outside the apartment. This is a small complex of only 26 apartments.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Javea is located in the Costa Blanca and occupies a privileged stretch of coastline. The local climate is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the best in the world. Upon arrival you will notice Javea in dominated by the large Montgo mountain which resembles a sleeping elephant. The surrounding valleys are covered with olive, orange, lemon and almond trees and of course vine yards, providing local inexpensive wines. Javea still retains its roots as a fishing village, it is a trade which is still prevalent here. There are no high rise hotels and package tours are not welcomed. Whether you are looking to relax or take part in sporting activities there is something in Javea for everyone. If you would like to venture out of Javea there are plenty of places in and around the Costa Blanca to visit. Terra Mitica Theme park near Benidorm is great for children, the beach at Oliva is beautiful, Valencia and Alicante which are bustling cities, or if you like the peace and tranquility of the countryside there are some fantastic family run restaurants throughout the Jalon Valley. The Valenican Formula One Grand Prix is only 1 hour away from the apartment.
Javea / Javea Port area
Javea has 4 main areas; the Old town, the Port, the Arenal, and the Montgo National Park.
The Old town represents traditional Spain. It is full of character buildings with shops,tapas bars and restaurants hidden down its cobbled streets. There are regular street markets where you can purchase authentic Spanish souvenirs, stock up on fruit and vegetables, purchase clothing and other items. It is dominated by the gothic fortified Church of San Bartolome, a listed National Artistic Monument, dating back to the 15th century.
The Port area of Javea remains fully working providing fresh supplies of fish to the area. The modern Nautical Club has 297 berths in its marina and there are also facilities for all kinds of water sports, including sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing. The La Grava pebble beach at the Port is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are plenty of tapas bars and restaurants to suit everyones tastes.
The Arenal has a beautiful golden sandy beach which always holds the blue flag for cleanliness issued by the European Foundation. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs, offering a variaty of food, drink and entertainment. It offers a good night for all ages. The Arenal is approx. a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute car journey from the apartment. A bus runs from the Port to the Arenal at regular daily intervals.
The Montgo Mountain National Park dominates Javea. You can even walk up the mountain on a guided tour but be sure to start early morning as it gets very hot! There are some great restaurants with great views of the mountain.
How to get there
There are flights available from Thomsonfly.com, Easyjet.com, BMIbaby.com, Ryanair.com, Jet2.com and Flymonarch.com. You can also arrange car hire through these companies. You can fly into either Alicante or Valencia which are both only an hour away. Once a booking has been made the owners will send you directions via the post.

Further details outdoors: There is a large patio area leading onto its own private garden which has magnificent views of the Montgo.This area is a great bonus as it overlooks the communal swimming pool and jacuzzi (including children's pool) so you can watch your children play with ease. There is a lock on the garden gate so your children cannot go to the pool without your knowledge. All gates to the complex have electric security buzzer to the entrance.

The arrival dates are flexible.
The apartment will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on day of departure, this is to allow for cleaning, however we can be flexible depending on changeovers.
A 20% non-re-fundable deposit is required in the event of cancellation.
Clients booking within 8 weeks of the arrival date are required to pay the full rental cost at time of booking. As for advanced bookings the total rental cost is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Linen will be provided with the exception of beach towels. Please note, there is a washing machine in the apartment but if you require fresh linen there will be an extra charge. Please state when you book if you require this service.
A key & refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required.
No smoking.
