The best location for your holiday, where you can relax without needing a car and enjoy a short stroll down to the Arenal beach with a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. The sandy beach gently shelves out to sea and has children’s climbing frames and volleyball nets to keep children of all ages entertained. You can either join in the activities or can sit and keep watch from one of the beach side bars.

The rest of the year when school holidays and the peak season are over, Javea is an ideal place for the adults to relax on your own or maybe holiday with friends. Also the winter months are much warmer than northern Europe if you want a long term break.

This first floor apartment overlooks the private grassed gardens of this secure complex, with a swimming pool, children’s pool, palm trees and tropical bushes, which is superb for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the natural shade.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Blue Flag sandy Arenal beach has children’s climbing frames, volleyball nets and gently shelves into the sea which makes it ideal for children of all ages. As the bars and restaurants overlook the beach it allows parents to take time out to relax and keep an eye on the children playing on the sand.

About 40 minutes drive away is Benidorm with many spectacular attractions including:

Aqualandia - the ultimate water theme park open from mid May to mid October.

Mundomar - for a journey around a fascinating world inhabited by the most beautiful and interesting marine and exotic animals, open for most of the year.

Terra Mitica - the new theme park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe which is open every day from beginning of June until mid September and weekends during other months.

Javea / Arenal area

Javea is situated in the north of Alicante province and this popular resort is often referred to as the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca and it is easy to see why. Javea has a relaxing and typically Spanish atmosphere with many contrasting features from the historic old town to the port and beach areas with their variety of restaurants and bars.

The fascinating historic town centre has largely been preserved over the centuries. White houses are adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows as you explore the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas.

The old fishing port is full of character and together with the marina is one of the main tourist areas of the town.

El Arenal has a long, attractive promenade with many excellent bars and restaurants to suit every taste, serving most European cuisines. The popular sandy beach is in a sheltered bay and there are many shops and boutiques selling a wide range of quality goods, beachwear and accessories.

How to get there

The nearest international airports of Alicante and Valencia are approximately 80 minutes by car using the A7 motorway.

Car hire is available and will enable guests to explore this lovely area.

Transfers are available from Alicante or Valencia Airport if required.

The spacious lounge / dining room has patio doors opening onto the balcony, which overlooks the pool, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility area.

The main bedroom with patio doors opening onto the balcony, has twin beds, large built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has twin beds, large built in wardrobes and a separate shower room.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning / central heating in the lounge / dining room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We have ensured our apartment offers superb value and all the essentials for you to enjoy a relaxing and sun filled holiday in Javea.

The apartment is on a secure gated modern complex with a swimming pool suitable for older children and adults, with another pool for smaller children. The pools are set in tropical gardens with palm trees, seating areas and plenty of shade.

Parking is not a problem as there is a basement parking space to keep your car cool in summer, with a lift for easy access up to the apartment.

This popular premier apartment has been booked by 75 regular guests and new visitors for the last three years. We have had to turn away 24 guests who wanted to book as we did not have available dates, so we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

We know the global economy is affecting many people so are holding our prices down and absorbing the exchange rate difference to help you.

Long lets available from Oct to March/April. Changeover day: Flexible as mid week flights are cheaper.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental payment is to be made 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday. Final payment will be required on all bookings made within the 6 week period.

A returnable deposit of £100 to cover losses or breakages is required with the final payment. This amount will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.
