The first floor apartment overlooks the private grassed gardens of this secure complex, with a swimming pool, children’s pool, palm trees and tropical bushes, which is superb for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the natural shade.
For those tired of the daily commute you can relax without a car and enjoy the short stroll down to the Arenal beach with a myriad of bars, restaurants and shops. The sandy beach gently shelves into the sea and there are children’s climbing frames and volleyball nets to keep children of all ages entertained, so you can either join in the activities or can sit and watch from one of the beach side bars.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Blue Flag sandy Arenal beach has children’s climbing frames, volleyball nets and gently shelves into the sea which makes it ideal for children of all ages. As the bars and restaurants overlook the beach it allows parents to take time out to relax and keep an eye on the children playing on the sand.
About 40 minutes drive away is Benidorm with many spectacular attractions including:
Aqualandia - the ultimate water theme park open from mid May to mid October.
Mundomar - for a journey around a fascinating world inhabited by the most beautiful and interesting marine and exotic animals, open for most of the year.
Terra Mitica - the new theme park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe which is open every day from beginning of June until mid September and weekends during other months.

Javea / The Arenal area
Javea is situated in the north of Alicante province and this popular resort is often referred to as the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca and it is easy to see why. Javea has a relaxing and typically Spanish atmosphere with many contrasting features from the historic old town to the port and beach areas with their variety of restaurants and bars.
The fascinating historic town centre has largely been preserved over the centuries. White houses are adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows as you explore the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas.
The old fishing port is full of character and together with the marina is one of the main tourist areas of the town.
El Arenal has a long, attractive promenade with many excellent bars and restaurants to suit every taste, serving most European cuisines. The popular sandy beach is in a sheltered bay and there are many shops and boutiques selling a wide range of quality goods, beachwear and accessories.
How to get there
The nearest international airports of Alicante and Valencia are approximately 80 minutes by car using the A7 motorway.
Car hire is available and will enable guests to explore this lovely area.
Transfers are available from Alicante or Valencia Airport if required.

Parking is not a problem as there is a basement parking space to keep your car cool in summer, with a lift for easy access up to the apartment.

This popular premier apartment has been booked by 75 regular guests and new visitors for the last three years. We have had to turn away 24 guests who wanted to book as we did not have available dates, so we recommend you book early to avoid being disappointed.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental payment is to be made 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday. Final payment will be required on all bookings made within the 6 week period.
A returnable deposit of £100 to cover losses or breakages is required with the final payment. This amount will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period.

The air conditioning unit is available for an additional charge of £20 per week to provide heating or cooling. Two floor standing heaters can also be included should they be needed for the bedrooms. The basement parking space is included in the rental.
