Villa | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 8
This beautiful, very spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa (villa over 300 sq m) sits in almost an acre of its own grounds, high on the Montgo Mountain with fabulous views below, which creates a real WOW factor. The massive pool (12m x 6m swimming area) there is also roman steps at one end of the pool and a large shallow area at the other, making the pool approx. 16m in total length.
The gardens are private and not over looked. There are so many areas to sit and relax in the fabulous garden which is full of fruit trees & mature palms. There are loads of terraces around the villa and surrounding the beautiful pool complete with a pool side bar, shower and toilet too. There are so many places in which to dine al fresco style, including a stone dining table seating 10 people besides a purpose built BBQ and paella kitchen complete with outside fridge
The villa has been modernised recently by its owners and is beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard. The stunning lounge / diner is open plan, light, airy with modern furniture complete with air con, flat screen TV, DVD player, Boom box (to allow you to play your music from your smart phone via bluetooth). Games & dvds and of course the all important WIFI.
The naya (covered terrace) leads from the lounge and has the amazing views, here you can either lounge on the sofa or dine at the table. There is a telescope here for your to really enjoy the view if you so wish.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 master bedrooms with king size beds beautifully furnished and decorated and 2 en suite shower rooms one with large walk in shower and double vanity units, the other master en suite has an enclosed cubicle with jets and radio. The jacuzzi bath in this master bedroom is also an added feature.
There are 2 further double bedrooms and a further bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms and also a further cloak room. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with great views to the garden and pool, all have air con and ample storage.
One of the master bedrooms has every woman's dream a large walk in dressing room. This bedroom is accessed via a narrow & steep staircase so may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
By the pool massive you will find a further shower and toilet area.
The kitchen is modern and contains everything you could need from large oven & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and it is very well equipped.
There are so many terraces that the owners have decided to put a table tennis table on one of the terraces away from the pool, so ideal for teenagers or the more active holiday maker.
The whole villa is beautifully maintained and restored with some of the traditional spanish features such as Tosca stone arch ways, beams to some ceilings.
This villa is truly spacious, the well maintained gardens offer so many areas in which to sit and read, relax on a sun lounger under a palm tree or just enjoy a relaxing meal, BBQ or paella with your friends and family. The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The Northern Costa Blanca is truly a beautiful place with many wonderful places to see and visit. There are many local towns to visit within easy reach of the villa such as Javea, Denia, Moraira, Altea and Calpe.
The fantastic theme parks of Terramitica, Terranatura and the water world of Aqualandia near Benidorm and Alicante are well worth a visit, as is the Oceanographic near Valencia.
The city of Valencia is only 40 minutes away by train so why not take a trip there for the day while visiting the area, it is a lovely city and very vibrant. Simply catch the train from Xeraco, near Gandia and for a few euros pp you can be right in the centre of Valencia in 45 minutes, no hassle with parking its so easy.
The city of Alicante is also worth a visit and it only 1 hours drive away, with is wonderful beaches and also many shops in which to browse.
Javea is located on the northern Costa Blanca, this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape.
Javea has three very different parts to it:
The old Town with its beautful old church & narrow streets and traditiona cafes / bars and restaurants tucked away. Its a lovely place to wander day or night.
The port where again you can enjoy dining in one of its beautiful restaurants while enjoying the sun shine and the sea views. There are several very popular chiringitos (beach bars) along the pebble beach.
The Arenal - this is the sandy beach edged with bars & restaurants and in the evenings little craft stalls are set up for the tourists to enjoy.
There are many little coves along the coast line too, most have a bar or restaurant close by. Often these bays are not sand but pebble but great places to enjoy the sun away from the more crowed Arenal beach, although this is perfect for kids.
The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Denia (15 mins away) has long sandy beaches which do not get crowed even in the height of the summer. The newly built marina is a great place to dine during the day or night. Its a great places to just sit and have a drink in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the Med. Denia itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. Alternatively you can visit the local fish market and buy the catch of the day, return to the comfort of your own villa to BBQ, while admiring the twinkling lights in the distance and the peaceful warm summer evenings...perfect.
In the main streets of Denia you will find some wonderful shops in which to browse.
There are many restaurants to visit locally too, particularly along the Jesus Pobre to Jaavea road where you will find at least 6 excellent restaurants all within a 5 minutes drive.
Pedreguer & Gata de Gorgos (just a couple of minutes away) also have some excellent restaurants.
It truly is a wonderful area.
