Delightful first class villa with lawned gardens set in a very quiet location. There is a fabulous 10m x 5m pool, sun loungers and plenty of privacy. The large, arched and shady Naya(porch) features a built in BBQ with comfortable seating and dining area. There is another garden dining area with BBQ for dining "al fresco" on those warm Spanish evenings. There is a 10 foot trampoline,a football goal, football table and table tennis for the enjoyment of the whole family in the shady back garden.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
A benign climate, a fertile land and a beautiful sea seem to have worked wonders on local character. People in Javea are easy-going, openhearted and hospitable, and locals seem to have time enough for work without forsaking their lesuree and festivities. Their motives for creating a stir are manifold: a long history, a feel for the religious and a penchant for pageantry. From 28th to May 3rd, Jesus the Nazarene must be honoured, and from September 1st to 8th the patroness Our Lady of Loreto is the object of devotion. On Midsummer Night, the entire town is bathe in fireworks and colour to welcome the summer with the Foqueres de Sant Joan, and the Second fortnight of July is another occasion for feasting, dancing and parading to the gunpowder and music with the feast of the Moors and Christians. During the rest of the year, there are other lesser occasions for merrymaking, celebrations and sports competitions (bicycle, beach-volleyball, sailing ...) to keep the Mediterranean spirit on the move.
Javea / Balcon Al Mar area
It is too simplistic to say of Javea that the World Health Organisation (WHO) named it as one of the healthiest climes in the world and that there are more recorded hours of sunshine per year than in any other place in spain. Javea has one of the most attractive seaports along the Mediterranean, due both to its location and to its unsurpassed fishing and sports installations. Javea will be part of the "America Cup" in 2007. The modern Nautical Club at the sports marina has 297 berths and facilities for all water sports. Sailing, fishing, nautical supplies, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing, etc. And only six kilometer from town, surrounded by pines and orange groves, is the Javea Golf Club, offering a pleasant setting for golfers. More Golf Clubs are: Club de Golf Lasella, Club de Golf Ifach, Club Don Cayo. Towords Alicante and Valencia there a over ten Golfcourses more. "Bon Alba" and "El Saler" belongs to the Top in Europa. A new Golf-Academy for children is set up next to Javea beach from the English PGA Ben Christey-Clover. Lasella Golf, where the Marriott Hotel is based, from 28. Feb. 2006 a Golf-Academy will be opened. A number of sportsclubs and associations in the area promote tennis, horse riding, crazy golf, mountain climbing, cycling, shooting, bowling and even pigeon racing.

Fly to Alicante airport, 80 km, or to Valencia airport, 105 km.
The A-7 Motorway runs north-south a few kilometers from the coast, with junctions 62 and 63 connecting Javea
Further details indoors: The interior of the villa is furnished to a high standard and very well equipped. The compact modern kitchen has all "mod Cons", including a dishwasher, microwave, built in oven, fridge/freezer ect.There is a separate very pleasant dining room overlooking the naya and swimming pool. This leads to the comfortable lounge where there is satelite TV, DVD player and CD music system for your enjoyment. This villa is of a high standard , being a comfortable private home most of the year and just being let for a few weeks in summer. There are three very generous sized twin bedrooms plus one bedroom with bunk bed and a 1.60m luxury couble bed, two bedrooms with en suite, and an additional family shower room.
Further details outdoors: The exterior of the villa is extremely spacious, featuring a 10m x 5m swimming pool. Around the pool (with a nother shower) there is ample space for relaxing in the sun. Family from Shouldham We had a lovely time staying in your spacious, well appointed villa. The child friendly pool was a firm favourite with our 4 children, as was the table football table. Proximity to several supermarkets was a definite bonus as it enabled us to get hold of all sorts of lovely local ingredients to cook outside on the BBQ. We hope to pay a return visit next year.
