The apartment is fully equipped for four persons with an outdoor dining area with shade, table and four chairs and gas BBQ. You will find the secluded private swimming pool (approximately 7m) with a shallow end perfect for children and with its magnificent poolside palm tree, sun loungers and traditional wood BBQ on the upper level. Relax in the shade of the palm tree or enjoy the full sun area beside the pool where there is a shaded BBQ area with table and chairs. Digital cable TV is provided (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1,C4,C5, Sky News, Sports and Movie Channels, and many more, plus various radio stations). Secure and gated off-road parking. Exclusive use of private pool and pool area. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each new arrival. Smoking is not permitted at this property. The property is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the Adsubia/El Tosalet area of Javea, which consists of private villas. The owners occupy the upper level of the villa and, if necessary, are available to help with any problems whilst fully respecting the privacy of guests at all times. The villa is about 1.5km from the main sandy beach area of the Arenal in Javea (5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk). Guests will be far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to enjoy all that is on offer by the many international restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Other great beaches include the Grandella and Cala Blanca which are perfect for snorkelling and rock pool exploration. Overlooking the whole town is the mountain known as "Montgo". This is an area of natural beauty where you can walk along the pathway which climbs the mountain and take in fantastic views across Javea, Denia and on a clear day, Ibiza. Valencia lies approximately one hour's drive north on the motorway. Here there are many tourist attractions, amongst others the Cathedral and the City of Arts and Sciences housing the new Oceanographic Park where you will find 500 different varieties of fish. Terra Mitica Theme Park and Mundamar Sea World are about 35 minutes away on the motorway. A 30 minute drive will take you to the Jalon Valley. Drive south along the coast road to Calpe which is known for its sea-food restaurants. Inland is the mountain town of Guadalest and the Fonts de'Algar best known for its waterfalls and freshwater pools. Javea / Adsubia areaJavea is split into three parts and is a beautiful seaside town, great for family holidays. The ARENAL is best known for its clean "Blue Flag" sandy beach, with palm trees providing natural shade. Also on the beach are children's play equipment and volley ball areas. There are numerous international bars and restaurants to choose from. The PORT is a working fishing harbour with yacht club and waterside restaurants. The OLD TOWN is the heart of Javea providing a traditional Spanish atmosphere especially during fiesta times and carnivals with their elaborate firework displays.
