About the home

The apartment benefits from its large communal swimming pool and children's pool, 2 tennis courts, 2 restaurants and children's play area.

Leading from the living room is a balcony overlooking the gardens, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Plenty to keep families occupied on the compound with plenty of childrens play areas/ pool table/ internet access/ table tennis/ table football/ football pitch/ tennis courts. Very relaxed atmosphere around the pool with fantastic bar serving very good food and with very helpful staff.

The town beach is a 5 minute bus ride away from the front of the compound and is a 500m long promenade of restuarants suiting all tastes and catering for all, with loads for the children and also a good late night scene with plenty of clubs and bars.

Javea, today known mainly as a friendly and fun resort, had a long and respectable history before its spread down the hill towards the beautiful and protected beaches.

Believed to be the sunniest place on the coast , the town lies on a bay embraced by the promotories of Cabo de San Antonio to the north and pine studded Cabo de la Nao to the south.

Javea has good facilities, a friendly atmosphere and easy access to the unspoiled country of Montgo which makes it a popular base for holiday-makers of all ages.

Montgo & Cabo de San Antonio - An unspolied oasis of natural beauty. A designated natural park in 1987, mainly because of it's flora is ideal for walkers and serious hikers. Fantastic cycling and running area.

Further inland activiyies-
San Feliu, Jativa - One of the regions finest religious buildings, lovely and evocative San Feliu is set among olives and cypresses below the walls of Jativa's historic castle. A must for fans of early architecture!
