Montanar Luz (Mountain of Light) is a comfortable 3 double bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds and Bedroom 3 has one single and bunk beds, sleeps 7 - even room for Gran!
It is light, airy and spacious with a good sized private garden and HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL - IDEAL FOR SPRING AND AUTUMN BREAKS and competitive prices for LONG LETS. There is a fully fitted kitchen, spacious and comfortable lounge/dining room. Close by the Arenal Beach is sandy and safe for children and the Port area is charming and there are a host of bars and restaurants close by.
The apartment boasts heating aswell as air conditioning and Cable tv if you fancy a night in! In fact the perfect holiday for relaxing or plenty to do for all the family.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
MONTANAR LUZ is situated in the town of JAVEA on the COSTA BLANCA (The White Coast). The white beaches are broken by areas of rock and sandstone and divided by mountains and breath taking scenery. Javea is an ancient fishing village situated at the Eastern point.
The town is divided into 3 small communities, the old medieval town, DUANES DEL MAR, the fishing port area, with its luxurious MARINA and fishing boats and THE ARENAL, a focal point for tourists with its promenade by the safe and sandy beach and terraces overlooking the tranquil Mediterranean sea.
Javea / The Arenal area
There are many Spanish festivals throughout the year which are colourful and exciting. The old town of JAVEA with its gothic church and museum are well worth a visit. Locally, there is CALPE, with its famous Calpe rock rising 332m above sea level, Altea market and church and BENIDORM, the original tourist's paradise.
This exciting vibrant town is the second largest resort in Europe with 1,500 shops and bars. Nightclubs, casinos, bars and discos provide spectacular nightlife. There are many water sports and boat trips to be sampled and a ferry boat from nearby DENIA will take you to the local island of IBIZA for the day if you want to explore. TERRA MITICA WATER PARK is very popular with the younger members of the family and is one not to be missed!!
Also the 32ND AMERICAS CUP yacht race is being held, for the first time in Europe, in nearby VALENCIA during April to July 2007 and has 12 teams representing 5 continents! Should be spectacular - don't miss it!
How to get there
Fly to Alicante or Valencia, Easy Jet, Monarch or British Airways fly very frequently and its only a two and a half hour flight.

Then take a taxi (try www.carjet.co.uk/car-hire/spain or Holiday Autos usually have a good deal, and it's a very scenic hours drive to our conveniently situated apartment.

There are two showers and toilets and plenty of towels and bed linen for the comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is warm and cosy and well heated with radiators for the Winter and air conditioning for your comfort in the Summer months.
This ground floor apartment is on a level environment and therefore ideal for disabled or elderly. The garden is equally suitable for young children as it is private and secure., and there's CABLE TV!
Further details outdoors: There is a communal HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL (which is exclusively for the 12 apartments in the block) and is ideal for Autumn, Winter and Spring breaks.
There is also easy parking in front of the building. Montanar Luz boasts a LARGE ATTRACTIVE GARDEN on both sides of the apartment with lemon, orange and pomegranate trees and relaxing sun beds to catch the rays in this SUN TRAP.
A new supermarket has recently opened up further down the road and is handy to stock up on all your essentials to use on the handy barbeque!

The INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL is available all year round for exclusive use of Montanar Luz. Please be kind and don't use the pool during Siesta hours 3.00p.m. to 5.p.m. Thank you.
