A luxury spacious villa set in landscape gardens.with private south facing swimming pool. This villa is situated on the mountain side of the La Sella complex giving great views of the Montgo mountain and La Sella golf course. Ground floor There is a large open plan lounge,dining room and kitchen plus laundry area. Lounge area,has comfy sofas,surround sound Tv (some english channels), video,Dvd, HiFI,and Log burner.The patio doors over look the Naya, large swimming pool with roman steps and landscaped gardens. The dining area seats 6 people with comfort and over looks front Gardens. The kitchen is well equipped,oven ,hob,microwave, fridge freezer,kettle,coffee maker and taoster etc.There is also a laundry room with washing machine and Tumble dryer. From the hallway there is the 1st Bedroom which has twin beds and ample of wardrobes etc 2nd Bedroom also has twin beds,wardrobes etc plus patio doors that lead onto naya by poolside. There are 1 large shower room and 1 bathroom with shower over the bath.. From the hallway there is a spiral staircase that lead to the 1st level.
The large master bedroom with en suite bathroom,2 sets of patio doors leading to 2 private roof terraces over looking Javea and Denia with wonderful views.
The villa has central heating and aircon in all rooms making it ideal for all year living.All bedrooms have TV and hairdryers
The La Sella complex is a lovely mountainside resort with its own restaurants,bars,supermarket and chemist. There are horse riding stables and Tennis courts for those who like to keep busy. La Sella golf course and the Marriott Spa are with a couple minutes drive. Javea Old town is a 10 minute drive,the Port 15 minutes with the Arenal being a 20 minute drive. Denia is within a 15 minute drive.

Situated next to Montgo Natural Park, La Sella Golf Club offers a balanced course, suitable for all levels of play.The relaxed atmosphere and Mediterranean climate allows golfing enthusiasts to enjoy the facilities all year round. In addition to this excellent course there are two other high quality courses close to Denia - Don Cayo (Altea) 18 hole Par 73 and Oliva Nova (Oliva) designed by Steve Ballesteros,18 hole par 72. If you wish to travel a little further El Bosque near Valancia is a par 72 and 6249m in length (designed by Robert Trent Jones) and rated in the top 5 courses in Europe.
Skiing The ski resorts of Valdelinares and Javalambre in the province of Teruel, located 150km. north-west of Valencia are a 2 hour drive away, where you will find a variety of slopes together with two beginners slopes.
How to get there: The towns Javea and Denia are between the two international airports of Valencia (to the north) and Alicante (to the south). Both airports are an hour's drive using the toll paying A7 motorway, just a 15 minutes from Exit 62.

Horse Riding
There are two horse riding stables in the Javea area; these are 'Centro Hipico Javea' and 'Escuela de Equitacion La Sella.' Horse-Riding is a great way to explore the countryside. The La sella Spa is within a 5 minute drive.
Javea has 3 areas The old town which has history and art musuems . The port area which has a pebbled beach, The Arenal which has a sandy beach. All the 3 areas have shops, bars,restaurants and Tapas bars. There are also many cove beaches along the coast line. Different Festivals are all year round. From Denia. Take a ferry trip over to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca or Formentera - they're only a 3-hour journey away by fast-ferry so you can squeeze in a day trip or go for a night or two.
