The attic is located on the first sea line, in front of the rocks of the First Montañar, 600 meters from the beach of Arenal (fine sand), 800 meters from the gravel beach and less than 2 km from the Port (sports and fishing). Both the Arenal and the Port have shops and restaurants.
The complex is beautiful, in line with the typical architecture of the region. It has a community garden and pool. The atmosphere is quiet, because although it´s in first sea line, the building is separated from the street and no noise reaches.
The apartment is big, is around 80 square meters. It has two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room. The terrace is about 12 square meters, gets sun in the morning and during lunch time is on shade, so it can be very comfortable. One floor further up there is another 30 square meters terrace, it is a private solarium, perfect for tanning or enjoying a spectacular sunset, overlooking the sea and the mountains just behind.
Downstairs is the community garage with a big and easy parking lot with space on both sides which lets you open all doors completely of most cars.
It is well equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and kitchenware so you can use the kitchen without problem. It also has air conditioning, television, satellite television (Astra free to air), radio-cd and hair dryer. Internet connection is available via wifi by pay per use.
The maximum number of occupants is 4 people, including children of any age. No smoking inside the house is permitted. No pets allowed. The community is quiet, you must respect the rest hours.
The bed linen is included. The towels are not included, except one hand towel and one floor towel, for out of the shower. A standard final cleaning is included. If any special cleaning is needed, it will be discounted from the deposit.
The deposit is 300€, which will be returned after checking and cleaning, usually three days after the departure, if the house is in the same conditions of preservation and cleaning as in the entry.
For bank accounts outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the expenses for returning the deposit will be discounted.
For stays shorter than one week you must add 120€.

"Perfect holiday apartment"

"Very nice and well situated"

"Good location and lovely view"
The best is the location, right beside the sea but away from the street. The rocks in front are a perfect place to disconnect. And the bars next to have a piña colada at dusk... The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is little but with dishwasher, which is very appreciated. The owners nice people. It's as it appears in the pictures and is fairly clean and everything in good condition.
