This modern furnished family home is ideal for a quiet retreat. Providing all the home comforts to make you feel home from home. Property sleeps up to 6 people.
Outside there is an 8 x 5 pool and children's swings, Gas BBQ and dining and seating area on the nayas.
Inside the main house there is a lounge / dining room with satellite tv, log fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, cooker, hob and washing machine. 3 bedrooms provide a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 further bedrooms with twin beds (which are easy to put together to make doubles) and a shared bathroom.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Often referred to as having the healthiest climate in Europe, Javea offers all ages a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Javea is a highly popular resort amongst the Madrid elite and other Spanish who live in the big towns inland. It is also favoured by a mixture of Scandinavian, French, British and German visitors who are looking to avoid the noise and behaviour of masses of foreigners partying to the limit. That is not to say that Javea has no entertainment for families or Friends.
Javea's festivals, open air concerts provide excellent entertainment and free music for you to enjoy. There is also a few discos scattered around Javea if you do want to dance till the late hours. However, the atmosphere across the majority of Javea is more chilled and the emphasis is on fine dining and late chats on the restaurant terraces. Lower key than the big resorts and it is easy to escape the festivities if that is your preference.
Javea / Tossalet area
There are 3 main areas of Javea, The Old Town, Port and Arenal providing you with everything from the traditional narrow Spanish streets of the Old Town to the modern buzz of restaurants and bars on the beachfront in the Arenal.
Within easy reach of Javea are some fantastic Golf Courses like La Sella, Real De Faula, Alicante and of course El Saler. Or if Tennis is your thing then there are plenty of courts around.
There are a number of beaches to choose from in the area from the quiet bays of Grenadella and Barracca to the traditional sandy beach of the Arenal and after a long day of sleeping on the beach you will be spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars.
Within 30 minutes there is a theme park (Terra Mitica) and water parks for the family.
